The size of the condo and amenities of the location were great. Right at the beach and it is very easy to get to some good food. The only issue is that the bed room is at the parking lot side, which is a great location for it but the lights were SUPER bright. I kept waking up thinking it was daylight and that was with the blinds totally shut.

Why only three stars? It started at the beginning with two things that cost one star.
1) I never received an email with instructions on what to do when arriving. It took a couple of calls to reach the property manager.
2) Unlike nearly all properties these days that have keypad entry, this one requires you to drive north a couple of miles to pick up keys. And later, to drop off your keys when you depart. Keys, the old style with the big plastic key tag you must take with you and possibly misplace. It's time to modernize.
The second star lost was for the average condition of the unit itself. The vertical blinds were missing six slats, and there was no curtain, just a curtain rod on the ceiling where it once was. Mind you, there's an ordinance this time of year that requires curtains to be closed after dusk. The patio furniture was mediocre. The mattress may be due for replacement, though the sheets were nice. The bedroom blinds would not open. The curtains in the bedroom do a minimal job of blocking the very bright lights from the parking lot, forcing us to use beach towels to darken the room. No place to wipe a little sand off your feet. Stuff like that.
The unit has a very nice beachfront location and the building appears to be well maintained. Overall, the place was average.

Everything was wonderful except for the TV's.
We are old and do not know anything about streaming.
Derrick came by and tried to help but was unable to.
The TV in the bedroom was completely inoperable.
The other one we could watch a very few things on.
We went for the ocean, not to watch TV, but at night we do like to watch some things but was unable to.

Wonderful place. Would absolutely stay again. One issue though…. The t v in both rooms were not easy to figure out. We ended up just watching our iPad. Otherwise, we loved it.

It was a fun time with my two grandsons and it was relatively clean. I would suggest that they steam clean the tile floors because if you walked around with socks there would get dirty easily. I had called the property manager to tell them of loose tiles in the bedroom on the other side of the bed. He said that was the first that he heard about it and it surprised me because there was at least a 4 foot section that was very spongy, and the tiles were moving up and down if you walked on it. We avoided the area.
Being on the second floor I thought of the condo that collapsed down in South Florida. Something like this could have a domino effect if not corrected.

If you are looking for a comfortable place, right on the ocean with an absolutely beautiful view from the balcony- this is it! The condo is as pictured- no surprises is good :) I was very happy with this choice and definitely would recommend the location and the condo complex. A few things to note that may be helpful for those to come: 1. Mattress is very, very soft. Likely needs to be replaced. So for anyone with a bad back ... just a heads up. 2. wifi: while it's fast and does a good job, requires signing in every time on each device. The sign in is a bit glitchy so that wasn't my favorite. 3. There is not a deadbolt or chain on the front door. And the sliding glass door can not be locked due to placement of the lock with the wall molding. You're on the 2nd floor so it's probably all fine but I would have liked a little extra especially as you never know who may have keys. 4. I'm sure, thanks to a previous guest, there were beach chairs and a few beach towels. Very grateful for this!
All this to say, it was a peaceful and relaxing long weekend. I would say, go for it!

Had a wonderful experience and stay at your condo ... it was cozy and right on the beach... although the trop wasn't long enough and I locked my keys in my car soon as I arrived ... as soon as I step onto that balcony felt that breeze everything was just great .... thanks again plan on coming back very soon ...

This condo was in a great location. Balcony view was awesome. Air conditioner did not work and the dishwasher leaked all over the floor but Derek did take care of the problems when we called. Bed needs update and floor tiles are lose. I think the condo just needs some attention but we had a great time.

We booked this little gem February 13-23, 2023. It is a very comfortable, well furnished living, dining and bedroom. Loved that we had a dishwasher. Washer and dryer and on-site was convenient. Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony, and same from entry of the intra-coastal waterways. A few small issues cropped up that were quickly resolved by Derek. He was friendly and helpful. If come back to this area again in the future, I would not hesitate to book this condo again.

Smell of Epoxy. Dirty sponge. Poor Internet connection. Limited trash bags. Dated kitchen. ANTS all over kitchen counter tops. Sandy tile floors. Dishwasher that smelt horrible. Under sink poor smell. Worst place ever!

I loved this beautiful little condo so much that I didn't want to leave. And the décor was was pretty and uncluttered with a classy beachy theme. The kitchen had everything I could need for cooking or cocktails. Comfortable king size bed with plenty of pillows and towels. Tough to find anything wrong with this one. The reservation process was well managed, easy when I needed to add an extra night and the check in and check out set up was slick.

My family and I went up to the room at 3pm and when we opened the door the place had not been cleaned. I waited until 3:45pm to call the property manager, he says let me make a few phone calls. The property manager calls me back saying the owners stayed at the property and never told them. The property manager then told me to take my family to dinner and he would pay, while the room was being cleaned. My family and I went to dinner, came back to the room and the people cleaning the room were still there. We finally got into the room at 6pm. The property manager never called to inform us the room was ready or pay for the dinner he offered to pay for.I shouldn’t have to call and ask if the room is ready and ask for the money for dinner. I read through comments when I booked the room and there were some good and some bad, but I decided to take a risk knowing that there were some issues with the property manager. Well there were issues and I unfortunately would not stay in this room again. I stay at bleachers lodge at least 3 times a year and this is the first time we had issues. The property manager is probably going to comment back on this review, but My family and I did no wrong.

Gorgeous little condo. Perfect for 1 or 2 people.

The property itself is as described, clean, great location, safe, etc.
My issue is with the management company that sent me rude emails in ALL CAPS when I did not esign the docs right away. They did not respond to my first email asking about construction. They did not send me any proactive information on check-in so I had to email to ask for it. (Btw, you have to get your key from their rental office which isn’t a huge inconvenience but would be good to know. But if I hadn’t asked, who was going to tell me this??)
The access code to the beach was wrong. Though I was given information for a secure Wi-Fi there is no secure Wi-Fi which made it very difficult to work as my company has standards with that. When I raised this issue I was told they would look into it and get back to me and that was the last I heard. Never a thank you or follow up. That’s it.
There are many places to stay in this area. While the condo itself was very good I would recommend finding something else due to the management company that doesn’t seem to really care too much.

This is our second stay at Beacher’s Lodge and we loved this condo! Check in was easy and the property was clean. The decor was beachy and updated. The location of the condo is perfect and the pool was well heated. The condo size is great for a family of 4 and had everything we needed. We had an absolutely wonderful week visiting and can’t wait to come back.

This was a wonderful experience! Right on the beach! The owner was available and super nice! Beautiful spot on the beach and a beautiful home! Be sure to bring extra towels/wash clothes. Very clean. Fantastic stay
