We had a lovely time. Everything was clean.and comfortable. The kitchen had a huge range of crockery and pots and pans - best I've seen. It was perfect for our family of 6 and the location was close to everything. Thankyou, and we would happily stay again

the pool area and playgrounds were good
the room was tired, and needed a massive refurbishment - holes in walls, peeling walls, old bedding etc
kitchen facilities and utensils were good though

The unit was great and has absolutely everything we needed for a great stay. Pool was fantastic - the kids loved it even in the rain!
Main bedroom bed was too hard (personal preference though). Car parking numbering all faded / non existent which made it hard to know where to park

The pool and family facilities were great. The unit was great and met our requirements!
Didn't dislike anything! Some things could do with a bit of a gd clean but nothing that would stop us from staying again !

The washing machine was great. The air conditioning was also great.
There were only 4 sets of plates and we have 5 in our family. The fan in the living area didn’t work. Some of the plastic containers in cupboard had splits in the bottom. The wall clock battery had died. The TV remote didn’t work.

Pool area shut down 1 day , not being able to use pool after 8-8:30 pm when it’s still 35 degrees really sad most guest seem to be family’s doing right thing could be more lenient here

the place is run down and very dirty!

Needed front fly screen door repair to stop it banging. Toilet kept water running through cistern day and night

Great location, neat and tidy and the kids had a great time in the pool.
The pool chairs could do with some cushions. The parking bays need proper signage.

Very nice unit. Clean . Good location. Good price. Got all my queries response promptly. Stuff were helpful . Recommend and will stay there again

The property was located in a great spot. Walking distance to town. Coffee shop behind with lovely views. Plenty of parking and the unit had everything you needed for the stay. So much to see in the town. They really need the visitors after the cyclone.
The unit needs a thorough clean. The cupboards were dirty and the blankets smelt dusty. The beds need toppers as the mattresses were not comfortable. Also unable to use the pool and spa. We’re not aware of this before we booked

Pool area was fantastic. Room was lovely and clean.
Stairs were a little tricky for us ‘old’ folk.

It was in walking distance to most of the cafes
The aircon didn’t stay on longer that 2 hours at any one time the shower curtain was dirty and needed changing over all it was neat but could do with a makeover
