The room had a great view of the river and a nice balcony at no extra charge. The kitchen had everything basic for a few days and the staff were very friendly.

There was only one pillow which was not the most comfortable and the wifi would stop working on some days.

wonderful room. exactly what we needed. bathroom was large and nice area to sit and relax. beds were comfy as well.

we went in very hot days and there was no air conditioning in the room, the window was downstairs and the second floor was super hot, not enough to have the windows open as we had also rainy days

The location was great, view of the river, walking distance to center and ECB. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a scaffling in front of it so they changed our room for the next nights. Sitting on baloncy was great. For the price, a nice hotel, but it had its issues.

The noise in the evenings. On Saturday night one could hear music until very late. Because there is no staff there in the evening, there was no one to call. Sunday evening, neighbor played very loud music and all the (weed)smoke came into our room, but because it was so warm, needed to keep window open. Sofa bed was not so comfortable due to ill fitting sheets. Other beds, fine if you like very firm. There was no coffee or tea in the rooms and limited glassware, i.e no wine glasses in one room, no drinking glasses in the other. Limited parking on site.

The price . overpriced for what it was.

Exceptional service from Anna at reception, great location, clean and comfy rooms.

I only needed a one stay hotel and It was the first time i book a hotel with a rate of less than 8. but it was totally worth it. very comfy. Anna, at the reception made it all: every problem can be solved. she is always there and very helpful and welcoming. the river view is fantastic. delicious restaurants nearby

the internal architecture. small. private. Anna or Ana (sorry for spelling ) was very professional and accommodating . to accommodate my extra night stay by opening up 3-4 person room on the top floor for me (solo) had to pay extra which is well worth the sleep as opposed to saving a few bucks and moving. Ana could communicate in several languages and be professional and accommodating too.

I like it dark for sleeping or napping purposes. the top “skylight” while cool , I had to put on my hat over my eyes. it’s about 15 to 20 feet high so couldn’t block it. though I have no complains just info for those who are light sensitive.

the “twin”bed is what I booked and I’m glad I did because the single bed looks tinier then any tiny “bed” I have ever slept on in any part of this geography. Anna/Ana (sorry for spelling ) is their go to professional and very accommodating. plus she speaks English (for me), German if you need.

cleaning persons work early and make loud noise. the doors on the lower floors think it’s 2nd and/or 3rd floor close very loudly by default unless one holds it. Other early risers or guest trying to make that 6am flight don’t know and bang you will hear it. or cleaners will at between 8am to 9:15am for sure plus vacuuming.

Affordable price, nice location, great cleanster, she even did our dishes without asking for it and cleaned the room perfectly :)

Tripp inn didnt mention that at the time the elevator was not working so we had to climb a lot of stairs with our luggage. I can imagine if a person is of greater age this climb would be troublesome/ not doable. Also two of the four beds were fold out beds which had a very hard matress which made i difficult to sleep.
