You need to look back on the reviews. Property dirty and judging by the dust and dirty cook top, oven, microwave and freezer the flat has not been cleaned properly for weeks. Cupboards dirty, carpet edges dirty (empty coke bottle behind couch), no cleaning items. No WiFi, despite numerous attempts to get the host to get it sorted. The host kept saying it was our fault we couldn't work it, and then admitted the dongal needed topping up, but still didn't work.

Gave 3 different details for gaining keys - keys will be at a shop in spencer street, keys will be at the 7Eleven in spencer street - keys will be in a locked box. Took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to eventually get the keys. They did not gve details on how to find the car park - so another 20 minutes waiting on them getting back to me while i sat in congested traffic waiting. Eventually when I got to the car park - the fob didnt work - however, 3 cars parked behind us so we couldnt reverse out of the entrance. One other driver let us in. Got to the car park level, fob worked in the lift to get us to the 14th floor, however it didnt take us back to the 6th floor to get more things from the car. I had to get out at the bottom and then run around 6 levels in the car park to get back to the car (twice). The trouble of gaining access and the car park meant that we as a family was then 1 hour late for an expensive concert. I have images of the sheets which looked to have smudged poo and on the doona, blood stains. The mugs had hairs in them, so we didnt use anything there. I had to leave before 9am to get my son back to his sports day at school, however, after running up the car park levels again, the fob would not let us out. Waiting 20 minutes for someone to drive up behind us and kindly let us out. I then did exactly what the owners said and put the key back EXACTLY where you picked it up from, so I went back to the locked box, put in the code and put the key in. Then left to return my son to school late for his sports day. The owners couldnt locate the key and send me a message via Booking.com and I tried to respond but they had blocked me as I stated i would write this review. One week later they have been harassing me by phone and text to locate the key. I have responded with all the information and have not treated them with the disrespect I have been treated.

The bedroom didn't have wardrobe. There was no maintenance when we asked the property to change the bathroom light upon our check in, no one came until we checked out

the property was unequipped with stuff for cooking. there was no knife to cut anything. the only good thing about the property was the location. communication was horrific and wifi didn’t work the whole time

Location couldn't have been better. very close to Southern Cross and right in the CBD. Access to variety of trams was helpful. Set up of two bedrooms was great. Smart TV was great for the grandkids.

Nothing serious, just a lot of small things. Our granddaughter has asthma so we are careful about dust. A few areas had not seen a duster for a while. Some fittings need attention - nothing a handyman couldn't sort out in a couple of hours. Couldn't access wifi, even with details from hosts.

The location was great. Close to public transport.

The place was not very clean. The beds & lounge were way too soft and uncomfortable. Very limited kitchen utensils. Overall not a very comfortable stay. Would not come back.

Room was filthy, Carpet full of dirt, No Towels, No Bin bags, Dirt/Mildew around the bathroom door, Hair on the bathroom vanity, Not cleaned for a very long time, Almost certain bed sheets were made but not cleaned. Travelled with a mate both had different reasons to be in Melbourne couldn't get 2 keys or Fobs. Had to be each others doormen, Asked for 2 was told no fob available. Worst experience on booking.com.. Should of left immediately place was disgusting...

The kitchen top was greasy, the carpet was dirty, and I found a used bandaid below the diner table. The soap bottles in the shower and the sink were empty. The fridge is not working. Every few hours, it started beeping and woke us both nights more than once.

When I booked this property it gave no indication that it was not a motel/hotel non serviced place until I received email confirmation about how to access the property. I found follow up communications very unprofessional & incorrect information given which I then had to follow up. Our host gave very limited info about our stay @ key handover & even took 3 goes to find the right room!! Place wasn’t as clean as expected. No tea towel to wipe up dishes or extra toilet rolls for 3 people for 4 days!!

Apartment was very inhospitable; first impression was not favorable. The process to hand over the keys to the apartment was unprofessional with the “agent” speeding off as quick as possible.Crockery was dirty and had to be scrubbed before use, bath towel was to be used as a dish cloth, bathroom door from the main bedroom could not open, lounge outside door would not shut, verandah filthy, blinds in the lounge would not work properly, no soap or shampoo in bathroom, cigarette smoke smell in the apartment. Fee for cleaning the apartment was a hidden cost.
