The facilities are great and good thanks.

every night 11:00 pm got a noise from the air con position is like a water dropping voice and is really annoying.

only a few minutes walk from the subway station. the area has many shopping places and restaurants. there’s a 7 eleven on the ground floor. The family room can accommodate the five of us.

Stayed here for 4 nights, family of 4. Beds very comfortable, location was great; very close to Dotumburi. Self check-in was fine if not a little impersonal, and as others have said, the amount of ‘don’t do this’ felt borderline aggressive. Arrived to find loads of dishes but one single mug. However the host was quick to rectify, which was appreciated. Overall this place was fine, did the job and made seeing Osaka enjoyable.

Everything felt a bit dirty and unkept, so don’t expect a palace. As mentioned self check-in was like a small treasure hunt but I personally enjoyed it!

Great location and all the necessities were there. Beds were soft which is a nice change from most in Japan.

Room was extremely dusty and needed a thorough cleaning.

Very convenient when traveling with kids. 10 minute walk to the train station.

They should stock more toiletries. The stove didn’t work. However, having the store down the road and microwave worked perfectly.

the property is good near shinsaibashi and dotonbori. just 6-10 mins walk. near train station and many food stalls as well.

the house is not super squeaky clean. there are dust. but other than that all good

Room is big and very clean. Full equipped with necessary stuff.

Bed! It's not comfortable enough but still exceptable. Better if you change the mattress.
