I come to ocean vacations to enjoy the view from our condo. This unit had a great view of ocean at a very reasonable rate. Sleep number bed was nice, since I like a soft bed. I really like the location also. We went on long 2-4 mile walks on the beach each day. The sand is hard which was a little different than I am used to and hardly any shells. Would recommend providing beach chairs in the unit.

Overall the unit was sufficient for our needs. The unit was a little dated but was clean and mostly comfortable. The Sleep Number bed wasn’t the very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need. The seating on the balcony was worn and not very enticing to want to sit on. The elevator was not working when we checked but was fixed before we left.

The location is great. It's a nice gated area and we loved that it was so close to the beach and local attractions. The unit itself was not impressive. It had a pile of dust on the headboard and the fan in the bathroom was horrendously dirty. The bed in the bedroom is out of its prime and very uncomfortable. The living and kitchen area is fine and it served its purpose of giving us a place to stay for a quick trip on the beach. As someone in the hospitality industry myself, a little updating and a better cleaning service would go a long way.

The view of the ocean was great. The place was quiet and peaceful. The condo was small but there was only two of us so we made it work. It was VERY dated, and not clean enough. I understand many places are short handed with workers like cleaning people but dust, grime and other people’s hair in the bathroom are not okay. We informed the management that the cable wasn’t working. They had someone out to fix it right away.

Unit was filthy when went in, had to clean it ourselves right away could not wait for vacation time to send someone. Unit need some sprucing up wallpaper pealing and other thing needed attention.This is the first Unit we rented in 33 year we have been staying on the Island we had a major safety issue! Stepped out on the balcony and the flooring was not supportive, spongy over most of the balcony. Called Vacation Time right away and was told no one could come out till Monday to inspect and to stay off the balcony till then. No morning coffee enjoying the view, no evening star gazing. On Monday service person arrived in the late afternoon? Affirmed our concerns and was told to avoid a certain area of the balcony! AC Unit in the living room was not working properly could not be fixed by service person. Do Not Rent This Unit till They Mention the Balcony Has Been Repaired!We have worked with Vacation Time for several years and always was pleased with their Service, this is the first time they FAILED their Mission Statement for Customer Service!I will keep this in mind the next time we come to HHI there are other companies that provide renting.

It was great being so close to the beach and the pool and having a view of both of those from our third floor balcony. The room was clean and the furniture was nice. We bought an umbrella for the week and left it there for the next guests to use. We appreciated having the two beach chairs there to use for the week. The only thing I can think of to fix was the floor boards of the balcony felt really soft and made me a little concerned to walk around on it.

We stayed from June 13th- 17th and were pleased with our visit. The space fit our family comfortably. But there were a few problems we had, the top bunk, even with a step ladder; which was provided, could not be reached. We had to pull the mattress down to put it on the floor. The front door was very hard to unlock and lock. There is a huge soft spot on the balcony that made you feel as if you were going to fall through, which is very unsafe. The internet stopped working after the first night there and on the last night, we killed a cockroach. Overall a good place to stay, the view makes up for it.

Balcony has a very "soft" spot that feels unsafe - like the the wood under the carpet may be damaged. We reported this and the management staff seemed like they appreciated our comment and would address that issue.
We would likely stay there again.
Missed having a private washer and drier.

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head and at the Ocean Dunes Villa #320. The place was clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and the easy access to the beach was appreciated. The property management office was wonderful to work with in every interaction. There are a couple opportunities for improvement. The bed in the unit is very hard and uncomfortable. The mattress really needs to be changed. When we arrived, both the bathroom sink and bathtub were plugged and draining slowly. A maintenance person came and fixed it quickly, two days into our stay, but I think this is something that the cleaning person should have noticed before we arrived. The pictures accurately depict the unit but it is smaller than it looks in the pictures. Overall, it worked well for our family of three (two adults and one child) and we had a very nice stay in the unit; the view is outstanding.

Solid value!
Really nice beach side property. Appliances and kitchenette are in nice shape, and the balcony is a real highlight. Beautiful view of the ocean. Only downside is the best situation, the bunk beds are quite small and would only recommend them for kids or smaller adults. Overall it's a nice spot and a good value.

Very nice. Balcony and view are nice. Sleep number bed was pretty rough. If you don’t like sleep number beds, probably not a good option. But the rest was good.

Thanksgiving get a way
The view is incredible. The complex is located right next to path to ocean easy access for bike riding. It is one mile from Coligny Square Area. The property was as described and contained everything that was needed.

Excellent! My cousin from S.C. and I did not want to leave. We extended our week 3 days. Jimmy gave us excellent, fast service in handling the last minute change. The condo had everything we needed, nothing lacking. Decor, furnishings very nice and clean. Living room ceiling fan on high, very bad wabble. Replace or discard placemats. We require beach view and this unit has it. Just as many hours on balcony as on beach! Yes, would return. Online booking was a breeze.

Great location and Amenities
We thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation this year. The apartment was large enough for myself, my husband, and our three children. We spent most of each day at the beach, which we could easily walk to. The view from the balcony was great. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was satisfactory. I would say the bunk beds were fairly narrow, which our kids were not used to, and the sleep number bed left something to be desired. Also the back door lock did not function well. Thanks for an amazing stay and a great family vacation!!

We loved our condo. Plenty of room and we had everything we needed. We found it to be very clean even compared to other vacation rentals we've stayed in. The water view is amazing and you can really watch the dolphins out in the ocean. Also sunrise is an amazing time if you are an early riser.
