Este acogedor apartamento cuenta con dos habitaciones dobles, el dormitorio principal con una cama Queen de almohada superior y baño privado, el otro dormitorio tiene una cama King doble (Long Double). Ambas habitaciones tienen su propio televisor y tienen un montón de almacenamiento / cajones.
La cocina es de tamaño completo con nevera, lavavajillas, condimentos, té y café, etc. y todas las instalaciones para cocinar. ¡más sándwiches tostados al émbolo de café!
La sala de estar tiene dos sofás, uno tiene una cama plegable. Completo con una mesa de comedor separada y 6 sillas.

Enjoyable 5 night stay mid week. Quiet location with canal view and short walk to shops. Bedroom 2 has double bed only and no single bunk as per description. Bed portion of fold out sofa bed is poor design and not comfortable. Laundry tub not really usable as clothes dryer positioned directly above with little clearance. Unit has 2 air conditioning units one in lounge area and other in master bedroom. Both units worked well during our stay. Too much unnecessary furniture makes it feel cramped.

We stayed for almost 2 weeks and felt right at home!
Great location - close to the action but away from the hustle and bustle, quiet cul de sac, close to shops, restaurants, beach. Only 15-20 mins drive to all the theme parks, Seaworld is even closer. Beautiful view of the canals and boats gently going by, we sat on the balcony a lot and chilled.
Great Facilities - everything you need, 2 beds, 2 baths (one is an ensuite), separate toilet from main bathroom, main bathroom has a bath, laundry has washer, dryer, sink and spare fridge too. Kitchen is big and has all the appliances you need, inc, airfryer and smoothie maker!
Parking was a breeze on the street or undercover.
Heaps of extra stuff supplied. All present as clean and tidy.
Host Dan was great with comms, and always quick to respond, we got in easily and flexible with check-in and out times.
Would recommend it to a family that would like to explore Gold Coast and surrounds and have a great, comfortable, cozy place to chill out afterward.

The property is in great location, and was clean and well stocked. The underground visitor's parking spot was great as street parking is limited.
The weather was particularlyhot and humid. The aircon in the living room worked great. I'm not used to this kind heat so the bedrooms were a bit hot at night. I used all the fans in the bedroom which helped a bit.

Terrific view every morning, pools to swim in, 5 min walk to the main beach. Great restaurant on the same road.

Check in process was difficult
Although it was stated there was limited wifi only good for emails and Facebook, it didn’t even do that.
A bit cluttered with owners stuff and pretty dusty. But served our purpose for a short stay

This place was the perfect size for a family of 4 (adults with 2 young kids) to have a comfortable place to relax after a big day out. We were so close to theme parks and Surfers Paradise without being right in the hustle and bustle of it all. The dishwasher was not working, but we ate out every night so was not a big issue. But the view was amazing! So nice to relax on the balcony, and the kids even had a swim in the pool.
Dan was also a great host. Would definitely stay again.

Very enjoyable stay in a well appointed and comfortable apartment, with a lovely view of Biggera Creek.

All was great!
We loved the apartment. It was in a great location and had everything we needed. We didn’t have a car, but we’re able to make good use of public transportation. We walked to the grocery almost every day. Our grandchildren loved the park nearby and walking along the waterfront.

Fantastic location!
This apartment was fantastic. Centrally located and beautifully kept. It met all our needs and the on-site pool was so refreshing at the end of the day. The whole booking and checking in process was seamless and easy. The owner was understanding, accomodating and responded quickly to questions.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a nice quiet location and has secure parking and pleasant views. The rooms were spacious and 2 bathrooms was very convenient. All appliances and needs were readily available in the accommodation and shops were close by. Prompt and helpful replies from the owner.

Stay in Biggera Waters
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a nice quiet location and has secure parking and pleasant views. The rooms were spacious and 2 bathrooms was very convenient. All appliances and needs were readily available in the accommodation and shops were close by. Prompt and helpful replies from the owner.

Peaceful, scenic apartment stay
Comfortable apartment in quiet, scenic location away from the busy end of the gold coast. Was good value apartment in building that was mostly residents. Looked out over canals & pool with a short stroll to the beach, though non-wave area. Apartment had all necessities though was a little over crowded with furniture.

Great location
Apartment is located on top floor of a quiet apartment complex overlooking one of the two pools and the water canal. Only improvement could be to declutter the apartment as it is a little overcrowded with furniture, linen, cleaning products, etc. But this didn't detract from our stay. It was very enjoyable and Dan, the owner, is wonderful to deal with. Thanks.

We also went for daily walks around to the front beach which was only 2 blocks walk. Exceeded our expectations
We were looking for a laid back beach get away and this was the place. Biggera Waters is far enough from Surfers but close enough to lots of attractions. We stayed a week without a car and felt like part of the community. Very comfortable set up, we enjoyed hanging out in the great room. with the view of the Harbour. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a nice king size bed in one of the two good sized bedrooms. Restaurant options were ample. The owner was very responsive during the rental process and the on-site manager gave us great suggestions.

Fantastic accommodation ,better than the site says. Perfect location, everything you could need. The apartment clean, comfy, plenty of space and beds, pool was great, air con, full size kitchen , full size bathroom and ensuite, washing facilities, shops IGA just around the corner walking distance, great walk to the parks, beach, lagoon, fresh fish market yum!
Highly recommended . Loved our stay just never long enough. :) x

Amazing! Better than I expected.
The apartment certainly exceeded my expectations! We came up for a short stay over the weekend and absolutely loved the accommodation. Felt like you were in a home away from home only better. We had plenty of linen to choose from. I loved staying here. I think I would come again. Next time I will stay longer :)
