We stayed for 2 nights, the caravan was lovely and clean ready for us. Came fully stocked with cleaning essentials and coffee. The van is in the middle of all the local amenities so ideal location. See you next year

A little on the small side for a 6 berth we have been used to but being a family of 5 we managed

great location if your going to spend a lot of time at fantasy island, only a few minutes walking distance to beach. regular buses running every 10-15 mins just outside caravan park if you wanted to head in to Skegness for the day. the beds in the van seemed fairly comfortable. shower was fine, never had a problem with the hot water. the van was fully equipped if you wanted to do cooking which was a bonus, plenty of cutlery, plates etc.
waste bin lid was broken on arrival and kept falling of bin, 1 cupboard door in kitchen area wouldn’t stay shut and one of the windows in the sitting area had a gap down the side, as it was quite warm in the van it wasn’t really a problem but I’d imagine in the later months it would be quite a bit of draft coming through.

lovely hosts who were as always very helpful and polite! very clean, brilliant location, very comfortable, allows pets, had everything we needed and wanted! and yet again another brilliant holiday through McNevin family caravans!
the shower would jolt a little bit and go from hot to cold every couple of minutes but that’s just minor things, but apart from that it was lovely :)

Nice caravan in great location.
Not a criticism as I know people buy and leave stuff but cupboards could do with thinning out. The cutlery draw was so full it was so heavy and similar in cupboards but I suspect as I said due to guests leaving things.

Easy access to the beach nice veranda, and communication with owner
The caravan was neat and tidy, however we had to go out and purchase new mattress and pillow protectors as they were dirty bathroom floor and mats were very dirty and needed to be cleaned before use, it really needs a deep clean.
Location for us was terrible very close to the fantasy island very noisy family entertainment centre on doorstep on the Saturday evening music was still blaring at 2am as well as being woken most nights by revellers coming back after very little sleep for 5 nights we eventually gave in and came home 2 days early.

Everything was ok ...although a little on the small side for a group of 4 people but we enjoyed our stay.
