La situació és molt cèntrica, pots anar caminant a tot arreu. L'habitació és espaiosa i molt còmode. Hi ha zona d'aparcament propera. El personal és molt amable.

We stayed in room 1 on the ground floor. It was light, airy and very spacious. Very tasteful and modern decor and all furniture looked almost new. There was a pretty courtyard area with table and chairs which was handy for remote working. The location is very central, just a couple of minutes walk away from the port with plenty of shops and restaurants. The room was cleaned each day despite us only staying for 3 nights. Access to the building and room was via code on the day of check in. Detailed instructions were received via WhatsApp on the day of arrival including numerous suggestions for nearby parking. We would happily stay again.

The downside of being on the ground floor was hearing people coming in and out of the building and in the reception area. It wasn’t a huge problem.

Great location, very clean and really nice smell :). Worth the price absolutely!

Very comfortable boutique hotel.

Hotel is located in central Ciutadella, in a shopping street, around 5 min walking distance to the port area and downtown.

1) no front desk, auto check in after 13h30 2) no breakfast on Tuesday from Nov. 1st and H refunded EUR 10 for 2 pax as compensation, nevertheless, the information was not published by hotelier on Booking.com and was not notified to guest until the same check in date. 3) additional eco tax upon arrival, this information should be listed on Fine Print. 4) 2 rooms per floor except the ground floor, very thin wall, no sound-proof at all, you can hear almost everything from the other room on the same floor.

The only positive comments I can give are the location, air conditioning, and small fridge in the room.

In booking a “boutique hotel“ I expect personal service. This hotel was the complete opposite! When I made the booking, I checked for hotels with parking. We needed this option because my husband has serious knee problems. The description on Booking.com indicated parking, which we thought meant near the hotel. However, there was no parking close by or a dedicated space in front of the hotel to unload our bags. We finally found a city parking space, which required a 10 minute walk to the hotel with our roller bags. Another misleading description on Booking was: “24 hour front desk”. In a text they said they would be in the hotel only from 10:00- 2:00. That was not the case. We arrived exactly at check in time 1:30, and no one was there. We had to check ourselves into the hotel and the room with a keypad. Not a staff person in sight and not a pleasant introduction to this hotel! In the two days we stayed, we received no “in person” greeting from anyone or any assistance with our visit in Ciutadella, not even a city map. There was never an email or Booking communication. Every communication was sent to me via What’s App!! Who are these hosts? Or were we communicating with AI?? I never received a name of a person, even on the hotel business card at the front desk. Thankfully, I’m a techie, but if you aren’t, this hotel would be a major problem. Other negatives are: poor, inadequate bedding, the safe didn’t work, and the small patio was noisy and confining with Air-con noise. Hotel Boutique Ses 5 Claus was totally unacceptable for us! We’ve traveled the world, and this was the most sterile hotel experience we have ever had. It was certainly not worth the price.
