upon de-planing I was sent a message from Vacasa that my fully paid for accommodations were unavailable due to a heater problem! I was offered another accommodation instead that was well outside of the village requiring a car to be used! To be informed of this unfortunate circumstance at the very last minute within only a couple hours of my arrival was most unfortunate and caused me to scramble for another place that cost me double the price due to the last minute booking! Shame on 'Vacasa' for not helping me to find a suitable accommodation nearby!! Very poor customer service! I would strongly recommend using another more reputable and responsible agency to book in the future!!!!

Easy to walk to. Sunny living room, good kitchen

Three levels, the top two twin bedrooms up a long staircase. No proper provision of garbage bags or dishwasher detergent. Confusing light switches, cold showeres due to inadequate hot water service. Hallways need renovating. Blind in master bedroom remained broken and down and the room was dark for the whole week Not ski in ski out. Walking required.

the location couldn't have been better. The rooftop hot tub was a big bonus. The ski locker was also a great convenience

The heating system seemed to be a bit of a problem in the 1st floor master. The bathroom was constantly freezing.

Location great. Easy to get in/out, though only one parking spot for 6 ppl was a challenge. Roomy enough for 5-6 ppl. Close to village activities.

1. Room was 87 degrees when we arrived at 5 pm (I had emailed the week before about air conditioning). We had to get a hotel first night as too hot to sleep. Kept all shades down after that and fans running to keep it cool enough. Room’s windows all face west) 2. 2 lights broken. 3. 2 windows wouldn’t shut or lock 4. Hair on 2 different towels 5. Some doorknobs broken (internal, not to get I. Or out of unit) 6. Couch looked, and felt, like it was picked up from a trash lot. Something liquid had clearly been spilled on several cushions as they were hard and uncomfortable. No one wanted to sit on them.
