There is a limit to the length so this isn’t complete. We had so many issues we actually left the condo a day early and notified the manager. We had to contact 4 different people but the manager (Steve I believe) finally took action a couple days before leaving and offered us a refund on the cleaning fee and $50/day for loss of amenities(still waiting for that to come in). He said nothing was in the file as being reported but i reported to someone named Keith, the individual that texted the evening we got in to check cleanliness and I called the 1-800 Vacasa line and reported bc nothing was happening. Here were the issues: showers were not cleaned and both had hair on the walls and pink bacteria covering the bottom half of the shower curtains, no mattress in pullout couch (only 2 broken air mattress), blood stains on the top of the pullout cover as well as the fitted sheet for the pull out, pillows were yellow stained and smelled bad, floors left our feet black, dvd player did not work, got locked out of garage code for 2 days with no response and then out of everything (the entire bldg did). The person that texted about cleaning said there would be a ticket in to fix things, crickets (I even sent photos as asked). When I finally got to talk with the actual manager, he was nice and worked with us but said there was nothing filed about the issues so he had no idea (I cleaned things myself). Will not be coming back, it ruined our time there.

This unit was very dusty with dust on the blinds and high locations so that when the AC would come on I was breathing dusty. I had to purchase allergy meds, that I never needed before, just to make through my 5 day stay.
Besides the dusty challenge, I suggest an ironing board to be able to use the iron the unit has and more than only one dish towel.
The location was great with my parking spot off the street and bed was comfortable.

We liked the location, the condo's view, the kitchenette, warm pool and hot tub. It was nice havingTVs in each room and good proximity to skiing at both Echo Valley and Mission Ridge. The area winter scenery was wonderful, including big horn sheep in December.

PROS:Parking was convenient, the pool access for the kids was great. AC was nice and cold for the almost 100 degree weather.
CONS: I wish the beds were more comfortable, pretty worn out. Also the would have loved an actual grill in the actual unit, instead of going down stairs to use the grills.

Lets start with the pro's... it was a clean and very nice room, well stocked with items needed for my stay. Easy access to get into the unit, pool, and property itself. Great distance to town and an easy walk to the park and the water. Con's... the mattresses are HORRIBLE, they have to be so old because my husband and myself sunk into individual crevices on each side of the mattress and then there was a giant hump in the middle. The spare room was exactly the same. Please replace the mattresses, this is the only issue with this unit, but such a big one!!
Would love to stay in this unit again, but not if the mattresses have not been replaced.

Our stay was a quick 2 nights. An easy place to come in for a fun two day stint. Walk to the state park. Quick drive to town. The only downside was the beds and couch.. Just buy new beds and a couch and you would have a 5 star review. Beds were awful, loud, wobbly and uncomfortable. The couch was concave. Place was clean, great little deck.

The view, space and easy access were excellent! Some updates or repairs needed in one bathroom including the shower rod and getting a new hair dryer but property management called right away.

The condo was fairly nice, but it was extremely overpriced for it being winter and everything is shut down. The cleaning fee is quite high especially since we had to unload the dishwasher and take out the garbages ourselves.

Could have been a little cleaner and we had trouble accessing the pool despite hearing back property management. The process to connect with someone there took a little time. Overall easy checkin and great location. Would return!

The place suited our needs and the location is great! Upon entering you are asked to remove your shoes but I kept mine on because the floors had clearly, not been mopped before our arrival. They were filthy. Also, the sleeper sofa mattress is a partial airbed which is broken. There are, however, air mattresses in both bedroom closets though we didn't use them so I can't review them. The kitchen is stocked, just bring salt (none there). Nice place overall and secure. We had a wonderful time.

Worst Place in Chelan
We stayed here from 7/1-7/10 every night we were woken up by people running and jumping around in the rooms above. This went on every night till 2 or 3am. It was like we were staying at a frat house. The place was also very dirty. The room looked and smelled as if no one had even attempted to clean. The floors were filthy the furniture old and gross. You could tell the owner of this unit does not care about this place, nor does the management of the property because they allow noise to carry on all night long. I have never been so disappointed in my stay in Chelan and I have been coming every year since I was young. I have stayed many places in Chelan, this was by far the worst place I have ever stayed at anywhere!! Will never be coming back to this place nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.

Cheaper then a hotel and bigger! 4 min. From downtown. Could use a bigger couch that’s the only negative! But besides that we had a great experience

It was perfect for our group of 6. We could walk to the lakeside park. Indoor pool ad hot tub was good too. Easy access to many local attractions including water park and boat/ jet ski rentals.
