The condo is decorated nicely. The garage code is challenging and finding the condo parking lot number is only located by the elevator after you park. **The main bathroom keep clogging and I couldn't fix it.(**please apply a credit to my card for this inconvenience)

Most of the time if things are going well, you have no need for contact with the owner/property manager of your vacation rental. Just hope nothing goes wrong at this location, because you will not receive any assistance at this property! Our first experience with this lack of customer service came when I booked the property. I sent an email with questions regarding the unit and facilities. We received a response 3 weeks later, shortly before our arrival- they stated their apologies due to their email inbox being overwhelmed. I tried calling their customer service line several times with urgent questions several days prior to our arrival but was on hold for over 45 minutes each time and never got through. When we arrived at our unit, we discovered the garbage disposal was not working, but more importantly, the patio door handle was completely unattached and broken, and the door would not latch or lock. We were on a first floor unit, so this was extremely unsafe- as we could not even shut the door- it also let in cold air and while we were visiting it was chilly and windy. ( Due to the size of our family, we did have people sleeping in the living room- right next to the patio door.) I called Vacasa customer service- actually got through this time as I indicated it was a safety issue, and they ensured me they would have the local manager call me ASAP. This never happened- I called the customer service agents twice- they both agreed our situation was not safe, and kept trying to get local management to call me-this never happened. Every time we left the unit we had to lock up all our valuables in the car. We spent two nights with the door open to the elements and anyone else who might want to come in. I do not hold accountable the property rental company for the frequent police presence in the area, or the late departures/arrivals of other guests (loud and usually drunk) however I do expect to be rented a safe unit that will allow us to feel protected and enjoy our vacation. Our entire family left this location and headed home exhausted and upset with the experience. During this whole process, I requested the option of moving to a safer unit, but no response or reparation was made during our visit. Since arriving back home, I still have had no contact from anyone at Vacasa- neither with an apology, or some sort of refund for this terrible experience. I strongly recommend you think twice before renting at this location!

Clean, quiet, just what we needed!

Only downfall we can fault was that there was no way to get ahold of anybody if things were wrong. I sat on hold for over an hour middle of a weekday trying to get ahold of Vacasa and nobody answered. There is also no property manager on-site so there is literally nobody you can get ahold of to ask a question / get help with anything. In our case we were trying to understand how to get into our room, the pool, etc and the pool code didn't work. There turned out to be a key in our room but only after hunting around for a day or so were we able to figure this out.

The home was nicely stocked & set up. I really enjoyed the patio furniture. The futon was not big enough for two 13 year olds but fortunately we had brought a queen air bed & that solved the problem. Loved having a washer & dryer. Kitchen was nice. Had most of what we needed to prepare meals. We use our toaster oven daily at home but the oven worked nicely. The unit was right next to the drop off area which was very nice. Back of the unit was on the 2nd floor which was very nice also.

Amazing location and beautiful apartment. We had a great time using the grill and chatting in the patio. The lake being next door was an added bonus.

My wife and I visit this complex at least once a year for our short stays. We have tried units on different floors and love them all. If you want a nice modern two bedroom condo and a great rate in Chelan this is our favorite place!

Had so much fun staying in Chelan -loved the hiking trails, the water and the wineries!

We would rent again! Loved the condo. Cute, cozy, convenient to all the popular attractions in chelan.

The condo was clean, cozy and convenient to everything popular in good ol’ Chelan. Walking distance to the beach, wineries and next door to a convenient market if you forgot something (baby wipes :/ ) we never heard our neighbors and the trip was exactly what we needed. We will be back!

Very comfortable place, easy to get too. This unit is main has main floor access which is nice for loading in and out. Town is 5 min away, lake is a walk away.

We had a great time. The home was very clean and all ready for us. The video-tour is completely accurate, so we knew what to expect and it was even better in person! The shared pool & hot tub were enjoyable, and we loved the big windows and warm fire in the living space. Lovely to have a beach park just down the hill, almost next door. We felt that we had everything we needed for the weekend (except we would have appreciated a full-length mirror), and we were very comfortable. The parking garage was somewhat challenging - spaces are narrow and the assigned spot is next to a concrete wall. We managed with our Explorer, but definitely would not have felt comfortable with a larger vehicle. Very convenient to have the drop-off 30-min parking lane so close - we used it often in between outings to avoid the long code & tedium of the parking garage. Would love to come back!

All were good during the stay. Can change one of the bedrooms, master bed to have king size bed instead of queen. The master bed door lock handle was not tightened and so it fell down everytime closing the door. Air temp cool can be allowed to be set less than 70F custom. Overall good stay.
