Skvele miesto, veľmi príjemne zariadenie a milý hostiteľ..

Nenašiel som nič, čo by mi prekážalo.

Naprosto úžasná domluva s majiteli apartmánů - protože v Kolibě byl technický problém, tak nám nabídli ubytování přímo v centru města za stejnou cenu. Nádherně zařízený apartmán s výhledem na hrad, v okolí historické centrum. Moc jsme si ubytování v apartmánu užily. Pokud příště pojedeme do Bratislavy, tak se rádi vrátíme k Vám a pobyt si prodloužíme, protože mi bylo líto, že jsme zůstávaly pouze jednu noc. Byly jsme s kamarádkou a s malými pejsky, se kterými majitelé neměli problém. Děkujeme za krásný pobyt u Vás.

We got charged extra 80 euros for 2 of our dogs, as we supposedly misled our host for their number. She never asked about the number of dogs we were bringing and we have never explicitly stated it. My friend had previously stayed with more dogs and had no problems. We were never notified that the policies have changed. We didn't receive a proper receipt for this extra charge and they would only accept payment in cash. Additionally, we had to pay for one whole extra night(80 euros), as we were 3 hours overdue with freeing our room. This was a mistake on our part, but still could not justify the treatment we received. We got screamed at and insulted, and when we eventually agreed to pay for one whole extra night, they would not let us do it through Booking, only in cash. We refused and they called the police on us. We got pressed to pay these additional 80 euros in cash, and we again didn't get a legal, proper receipt for this payment! Communication was challenging, particularly with the lady that brought us the "receipts"(printed pieces of paper with handwritten details and no legal value), as she didn't speak any English. The place did have a potential, but the staff ruined it entirely.

-Koliba apartments is big apartment with large space, -Beautiful balcony is near forest with wonderful view to nice hill forest which is surrounding apartment, -tv in living room has plenty of good programs, -There is also a big comfortable three seater, -Kitchen has everything you need and large refrigerator, -Excellent shower room is with hot water,

From my point of view, maybe increasing the light intensity in the living room, because in early morning and during the evening its very difficult for reading anything.

The apartment was really big but a bit cold. It is dog friendly which was a super plus!

The location is a bit tricky. I didn't expect it to be literally at the top of the only hill in Bratislava but the surrounding areas area beautiful I have to say. Just be aware that you'll probably need to drive or take a taxi every time you go out.
