The location

The smell of the room and no hot water in the shower.

One person staff. Was easy off the highway, plenty of parking, cold rooms, clean

I put in the reservation notes, requesting an earlier than 3 p.m. checkin, as I had my daughter and 2 granddaughters traveling with me, ages 14 months and 4 years old. Which I might add, were much quieter than the dog in the room next to us that was not happy when his owner left. Anyway, "no early check-in available, no notes on my account, check back at 2:30 is what I was told, and it could be an additional $25." Let me tell you what, I had a reservation, with a confirmation, stating all of this information, and that it was confirmed. We had to wait until 3:00 check-in because that's just when you can, per your staff. Nobody on staff after 8:00p.m., so if an emergency, there's an emergency number!!

From the outside it was well taken care of. The inside was the same as well. Although it did smell like people were smoking in the hotel. Not sure if they allow that but I didn’t mind it so much.

No Breakfast...

Fair price. But terrible towels , no shampoo, you get bare minimum for your money. Probably won’t stay there again.

This hotel charged me a completely different price than Booking had put me in my reservation. Her explanation was completely illogical, the lady at the front desk with poor customer service.
