Ein sehr, einzigartiges, außergewöhnliches geschmackvoll eingerichtetes kleines Boutique Hotel in ruhiger Lage! Man kommt sich vor, als ob man mitten im Dschungel ist. Wirklich sehr schön! Das Zelt, in dem ich übernachtet habe, war groß, gemütlich und sauber. Zum Wohlfühlen!

This is such a great place to stay. We stayed in the villa and it is beautiful. The pool area has a relaxed cool feel; mangoes fall from the trees; monkeys play overhead and the playlist has a cool Ibiza vibe. The owner was very attentive and checked we were happy regularly. Thank you.
It was perfect, but if you want me to be picky, it would be nice to have a kettle and maybe tea and coffee inside the villa. However, this is available free outside in reception at all times.

This Hotel is in a great location in SurfSide. The restaurant at the property was very good as well and provided great meals, drinks and entertainment.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom Villa. This place was beyond beautiful. It was huge. Lots of room for atleast 3 couples. We had our own patio with outdoor table and chairs. Right next to pool and Restaurant/Lounge. The grounds are amazing. The Owners were very friendly and helpful with any information you needed. Xavier helped us with booking excursions and our shuttle back to the airport. Marlin (maid) was the sweetest lady ever. Non stop little worker making sure we had everything we needed daily.. Definitely loved this place. I would recommend and would return.
My only complaint about this place is the Restaurant/lounge played the same music over and over. The same 5 songs on repeat. We tried to get them to change it up a few times. Lol

Ambienti esterni curati, tenda accogliente, ottima posizione vicina a numerose spiagge e ristoranti, staff gentile.
Letti comodi e piscina bellissima nel verde.
Pulizia su richiesta.
Le tende sono molto vicine al bar e al ristorante con musica fino alle 22: questo può essere un difetto per chi cerca un soggiorno di tranquillità nella natura.
Le tende non si possono chiudere e non c'è cassaforte.
Se si sceglie il pagamento con bancomat viene applicata una commissione alta.

The Pool is amazing, rooms are very comfortable, the staff and owner are super friendly.
As a suggestion I would include more fans in the tents, just one is not enough

El estilo del lugar, pequeño bien distribuido, mucha sombra por lo que ves mantiene fresco el lugar
La Villa que nos asignaron era muy cómoda
El restaurante no funciona en los días que estuvimos
Pero fue eventual, el día que salimos casualmente reabría

La experiencia de dormir literal dentro de la naturaleza y escuchar a los monos y todos los animales por la mañana temprano. Los dueños son 2 canadienses muy cercanos y atentos. Me sentí como en casa. Es un lugar muy familiar. La energia del lugar es muy bonita y los trabajadores son muy simpaticos, agradables y autenticos. Esta super cerca de la playa y de los restaurantes. Puedes ir andando. Lo recomiendo al 100% y voy a volver pronto.
Las cremalleras interna para abrir y cerrar la tienda estaba rota, pero eso no fue un problema. Ya que es un lugar super seguro donde no hay peligro por ningun lado.

My family and I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool was perfect. The complimentary breakfasts and coffee were also just right for starting our day

The cottages are very lovely indeed . We stayed for 5 nights. Everything is gorgeously hand crafted and the bed is extremely comfortable. Dawn had prepared a special little bed for our 4 year old son which we really appreciated.

Beautiful accomodations, friendly staff. The pool was fantastic and they really go out of their way to help in every way. The tents were very nice as were the beds. Very spacious.
Wish it had better cooling fan in the tent . That said...it's Costa Rica and glamping so it should be expected to be hot in the evenings.

The overall design is really nice, beds are comfortable, it’s quite, close to restaurants and other beaches.
I was charged $50 for “late check in”. Never EVER in my life I’ve been charged for this. Not even in the cheapest hostels. The customers shoudn’t be responsible for the lack of staff they have.
As there are no walls, you hear every noice from your neighbors. A child crying, people talking… everything!
The staff accidently crashed the garage door with out car. Even though it was not major (and they apologized), it all added up to the bad experience.

Libelula lounge is a heavenly place! So peaceful, beautiful, you feel like you're in the jungle. The best parts were: the ultra comfortable beds, the beautiful decorations everywhere, the free cold water all day, the amazing breakfasts included (that transforms into a sushi restaurant at night!), the location. But the real highlight was the staff: the 3 lovely girls who gave us wonderful recos of where to eat, where to go, and really made our stay memorable. We would definitely go back!

A truly beautiful place to stay. We loved sleeping in the tent. They are super comfortable and clean. Pool is great, the restaurant fantastic, as is the staff. Highly recommend!

Everything was just great. Everybody was very kind and welcoming. Lucy gave us great advice what to do or where to go for dinner.

The staff was absolutely lovely, so warm and welcoming, and super helpful. The area is so nice and chill and cozy, with an awesome pool and tons of hang out spots. The breakfast is delicious, and location is great! A quick walk or drive to many beaches. Rent the golf cart and coast around! We would 100% come back again, we didn’t want to leave.

It was a great experience. Love the tents and the personnel was so kind, friendly and very helpful. Enrique went above and beyond even making a little treat for our grandchildren. They really loved it. The management couple very lovely!!! I would love to stay there again! Thank you so much to a you special people that made us feel so great at Libelula. Blessings.
