it wasn’t the cleanest and the some of the furniture were in semi good condition (for example bathroom drawers, shower was a bit clogged)

Perfect location, close to everywhere, we loved the common jacuzzi and bbq area, cute little garden where you can serve breakfast. Lovely staff, very helpful. Great value for money, the apartmant was furniture was basic but it had all we needed, would recommend.

The shower was clogged, although we tried fixing it, the water would stay in the shower tub already since the first day we arrived, it would be nice if the kitchen had some basics such as salt, pepper and oil, but not a deal breaker for us. We recommend using the common jacuzzi as the inflatable private one doesn't get as warm.

I have traveled extensively (both for work and leisure) and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. I consider the privacy and exclusivity of this place luxurious, at a very accessible price. Neat, clean with a modern design, in total peace and quiet - only 3 apartments sharing the communal areas such as the pool, jakuzzi and barbeque - but we never even met our neighbours. The jakuzzi was available at any time, we enjoyed it at night under the stars which was pure luxury. The bedding was great which is also very important. Representative Nerea very kind and helpful. If you have a car (which you do need on this island) this is a perfect option; central location to visit pretty much all of the island (but definitely ask of the North and central part) and in 6 minutes you are in Puerto del Rosario where you can buy anything you need. We only stayed for a new nights which I instantly regretted, as soon as we arrived - don't make the same mistake! I wish we had stayed longer and, as a matter of fact, I hope to be back soon.

Wifi was a bit slow but nothing major.
