Actualizado, bien mantenido, unidad de la planta superior de dúplex junto al mar en la sección Haven Beach de LBI. Estás a un corto paseo del océano y de la bahía para ver los hermosos amaneceres y puestas de sol de LBI. Ubicado en una tranquila calle residencial donde juegan niños de todas las edades. La propiedad es ideal para la diversión familiar, cuenta con cocina totalmente equipada, mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6 personas. El dormitorio principal tiene cama queen y medio baño. Otros dos dormitorios tienen cada uno 2 camas individuales. Ventiladores de techo en cada habitación. Duchas al aire libre, parrillas, patio con muebles y mesas de picnic para relajarse y comer al aire libre. 6 insignias de playa suministradas. No fumar y no mascotas. La hora de registro es 2 PM y la hora de salida es 10 AM.

The beach house was absolutely great. It had everything that we needed and more. The location was great - a quick walk to the beach. The house was very clean. The host had great communication and everything was clear. I would definitely recommend staying here for a great beach vacation!

We enjoyed our beach getaway. The property was very clean and easy to access. It met all of our needs and helped to create fond memories with our infants first beach trip. The owner reached out and was available for any questions I had about the property prior to our arrival.

We enjoyed staying in this 3 bedroom upstairs unit. As you can tell from the photo, it is a meticulously maintained property. Proximity to the beach is excellent--a short walk on a quiet street. The owners are wonderful hosts. We have rented this unit several times before and hope to return next summer.

Our rental was for 3 days, over a weekend. The entire experience was easy and online information exactly matched what was there.
The rental provided the necessary essentials, coffee, refrigerator, and microwave in the kitchen. There were very limited options for actually cooking in the kitchen. This was not important for our short stay. However, if we were there for a week, would liked to be able to make more than pasta for the kids.
Seating in house and on the upper deck was perfect for 6 but did not have the space for additional family members to visit.
Also, with us being there for a wedding, would have been nice to have one full length mirror in the house but not really necessary if there for a beach vacation.

Property was exactly as described and was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone that is looking to be on a quiet street a short distance from the beach. It was a pleasure to meet Russ & Debbie.

Great Beach Trip in a Wonderful House!
We had a great time staying in this house! It was the perfect space for us with our three young kids. Cozy and beachy and less than 5 minute walk to the beach! We would come back here again.

Relaxing beach getaway
I was met immediately by Russ upon arrival, he answered all of my questions and gave me great ideas for places to eat.
The house was exactly what I expected-clean and attractive.The location was perfect, close to the most beautiful beach and lots of restaurants . I did spend a couple of nights alone and felt completely safe in the house in their lovely neighborhood .

Beautifully kept house that was perfect for my husband and I. The house is in a lovely neighborhood, short walk to the beach, and was immaculate when we arrived. Plenty of room for the two of us but would be great for a family as well. Definitely a place we’d stay at again.
