Transport is a little complicated if you do not rent a car, best to be ready with supplies before heading there

Delicious homemade breakfast with regional products, very comfortable beds, quiet environment with beautiful sunsets, and a lovely, nearly private beach 50m away. The pool area is very nice to hang out and Yiannis is a perfect host, very discreet, but fulfills all your wishes. Although Kondouras beach was only 2km away, we did not stay there, as the local beach and the pool area were more than sufficient. The location is well reachable by car and you don't need a Van, a small vehicle is just fine. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but the host gave us some recommendations for restaurants that are reachable in under 20 minutes by car. We will come back!

The kitchen lacked a sharp knife, however Yiannis quickly supplied one to us. General note on Kea: the island is full of cats. You might want to consider this if you are allergic to cats. The cats around the location were well-behaved and cute. We really loved hanging around them.

We had an amazing long weekend and will certainly be going back. The hotel is so peaceful and in an idyllic location. From start to finish Yiannis and his team were so welcoming, thoughtful and thoroughly professional. We felt very much at home. Breakfasts on the terrace with the stunning views were simply sensational. Would definitely recommend staying.

Location and staff were excellent. We had an amazing stay and we can't wait to visit the property and the island again. Breakfast was amazing, the perfect start of our day. The rooms and spacious and very clean.

Everything was great. We were lucky to visit the location in September so I assume it might be a bit more crowded in high season, but that's hypothetical. Even if I tried it's hard to find something not to like.

Stayed at the Junior Suite with Sea View, good for 2-3 adults. The view from the terrace was excellent. Ligia beach is great and is right at your doorstep. The shared pool is super clean and inviting, water temperature was excellent. Enjoyed the attention to detail, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast is excellent. Location is good, Koundouros & Koundouraki beach are close.

Privacy at upper level is OK but could be improved.

A very friendly team tried to make our stay outstanding. Well designed and equipped location which is recommendable as it is close to a beautiful beach. The pool is very inviting with an amazing view over the ocean. Breakfast is served with a variety of fresh and local food. We will never forget the sunset in that apartment..... The island surprises with cool beaches and Greek hospitality.

No tavern nearby - but in reach with a car ...

Everything was amazing from A to Z. The breakfast was unbelievable (most of it was freshly home made), if we had any type of question or request we always had an immediate answer. Lorena was so nice with us. The place was dreamy. We traveled with our son who was 13months at that time and Lorena made everything easy for us. We would not hesitate to go back to Villa Iris next time we travel to Kea.

Great room with very nice decoration, excellent hospitality, good size pool, very good home cooked and prepared breakfast! Sunset view from the terrace is amazing! We loved every minute staying there ! Amazing beach at walking distance!

If you want to explore the island or night life in Vourkari, Ioulida or Korissia it is a bit far away.

Nice location, clean and fresh apartments, nice pool with sea view. Just above a small crystalclear beach. Friendly and helpfull staff, homemade breakfast with local products.
