great location, house clean and tidy. beds comfortable, linens and towels spotless. great for a group stay. having 3 bathrooms was very helpful. plenty of room for all.
back outside space left quite a bit to be desired!! alleyway full of rubbish strewn around, dead bird in flower pot and the rest full of grass and weeds. could of swept it!

Location was excellent. Spacious. Plenty of room for 9 people. Staff were really nice and helpful in build up to our stay.
Only gripe was we struggled for wifi connection.

Central location, plenty of bathrooms.
Furnishings were flimsy and worn, couch was stained and torn, kitchen would have benefitted from more equipment I.e cafetière, bigger glasses.
Noise from outside - arguments/seagulls hindered sleep - better soundproofing or curtains may help.

decor in poor condition, court yard decking unsafe due to algae and wet made it very slippy.other wise ok.advertized parking on add. then told no parking,except private or end of street.mis led us on booking stay.this is only reason we booked it.then cost us £38 for this at hound Hill parking. Will not book again

Location was brilliant, close to the front and coral island. Beds and house were clean. Management kept in touch via email. Access to property simple through a key system at door allowing you to check in at your convenience without having to see anyone. Front door is now black and not red as in the picture. Great for a large family or group of friends. We would stay here again
Damp smell in the house. Shower on first floor needs changing thermostat on it is not working making it far too hot. Cobwebs on the roof in the bedroom. Kitchen door on a self closer which is far to strong making it difficult to carry hot drinks or food through to the living and dining room.. These are all just minor things and can be easily remedied overall I would give this property 7 out of 10

Location was cool, proximity to major places e.g shopping mall, Tower, beach , casino , eateries etc.
we needed more rooms.. a place to take large family and friends .

location to everything - large property - very clean - beds comfortable and linen etc of good quality - large dining table for all to eat at - Good central heating to most areas - electric heaters on top floor bedrooms worked okay -
few pointers that will need looking at:-
Kettle - spout when pouring - water everywhere - needs replacing although kettle looks reasonably new
Mixer Shower in 1st Floor Bathroom - unable to regulate temperature - was either Very HOT or Cold

Fabulous communication throughout, nothing to much trouble. Excellent property in an great location. Nicely presented and the breakfast package was 100% worth every penny.

Great location, clean and lovely smelling bedding. Great size for a big group. Close to the beach and reasonably priced parking not to far away.
The carpets are a bit old and a damp floor by the bathroom.

The house is large and perfect for a family. It’s right next to Blackpool tower, the seafront and arcades
Central locations have lots of bars around and then drunk people late at night. Nothing the hosts can do about it and inside the property you can’t hear a thing.

The house was great and spacious for 9 of us. good size bedrooms and bathrooms. everything we needed for family birthday celebrations
