Could have had more instructions/information for the property.

everything was so well organised and set out upon arrival.

We are too incompetent to use the fancy pod coffee maker, so a caffetiere would have been useful (though we brought one with us, just in case)

Superb location with fantastic views. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after busy days walking. Rachel is a lovely host and all communication excellent.

More lighting on the decking and down to the hottub as difficult to see the steps in the dark.

Well equipped and comfortable. You can see the sea from the patio! Great location, only 5 minutes'walk to the sea (perhaps a little longer to walk up the hill!) We really appreciated the milk and biscuits, and the Christmas decorations were a bonus.

Fantastic views, great location, Richard the host made us very welcome, he even put some Xmas decorations up! Hot tub brilliant as was the shower, hot and powerful. Great pub a minute away. Lyme regis a lovely place. Everything was excellent.

The property is well located with wonderful views from the deck. The flat was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean.

This was our 4th visit, which says it all !! Excellent location, fantastic views and beautifully decorated to the highest standard and immaculately clean inside. It has the added bonus of a parking. The new addition of a hot tub this year was the icing on the cake - absolutely perfect in every way ! Can’t wait to return.

felt and smelt quite damp but otherwise lovely. Shower also a bit smelly.

Location, cleanliness, bright and airy everything you need to self cater. Throws/blankets were provided, nice to snuggle up warm & cosy on the couch. Met one of the owners on 1st day , Richard he was very nice and friendly with helpful tips on area and where to eat. Fab hot tub definitely an added bonus with robes ; slippers provided. The terrace & garden area was lovely with garden furniture, loungers and a fantastic Seaview looking across to Golden Cap . Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The hob in kitchen bit fiddley to work out. it had no instructions . But we googled and sorted. Dining area table & chairs a little small but manageable for a couple to sit and eat. Could've done with a washing line or clothes airer.

The location was fantastic, easy walk into town to access the beach and restaurants. The property was clean and well equipped. The private terrace and hot tub were an added bonus. Would definitely come back!

The location was good, a short walk to beachfront, much nicer walk through the gardens than the main road. Great to have a tesco local down the road open until 11pm so could pick up breakfast on the way home at night.

There was not a table large enough for us to eat at comfortably, the small table in the apartment didn't allow more than 2 plates and the bar stools not that comfortable for long. The garden seating and coffee table meant that we needed to eat from a plate on our lap. We ate out almost every night but would have been lovely to spend an evening in that garden with fantastic views.
