Hi, we rent our private Villa in Platja d´Aro, With Sea & Mountains Views.
Your stunning views are; Palamos harvard, Sant Antoni beach and Natural Reserve Park Las Gavarres in Calonge. Surrounded by Mountains.
The Villa, named Mediterraneo Housing, has a Southern Europe Mediterranean Style, Starring by a huge Tower, and combined with New Modern White straight lines.
On the interior has a Mix, of Classic & Modern and some Scandinavian Style, new build 2018.
Has a total capacity for 18 guests.
The Villa has 7 bedrooms, 3 in suite. Total of 5 toilets.
Also has open spaces all over, taking profit of the 180 degrees views.
Equipped with a high quality kitchen. 2 living room areas, one of them about 70m2. You have 3 different dinning room areas inside the Villa. Big entrance Hall
Laundry Room. Closets, etc.
The outside spaces, surround the Villa 360 degrees, making a total of 400m2 of clean Terraces, plus an aditional 700m2 of garden.
Has several terraces, with cozy garden & exterior furniture, sofas, sun beds, tables, etc.
The Pool area; The Villa, has a swimming Pool of 9 X 4 mts.
Salt water
Outdoor jacuzzi with hot water (available from October till April).
The house has Air Condition all over the builded area, and possible to set different temperatures by areas.
It is a perfect, lovely and cozy Villa. Great to live, enjoy and Host big groups.

Hola, Alquilamos nuestra Villa con increibles vistas a Palamos y Las Gavarres a solo 3 min del centro de Platja d Aro.
La propiedad cuenta con grandes espacios abiertos, con una mezcla de estilos blancos nordicos escandinavos y algunas lineas rectas modernas.
Tiene una capacidad total para 17 huéspedes.
La Villa tiene 7 dormitorios, 3 en suite. Total de 5 baños.
También tiene espacios abiertos en todas partes, aprovechando las vistas de 180 grados. Equipado con 1 cocina de alta calidad. 2 salas de estar, una de ellas de unos 70m2. Tienes 3 áreas de comedor diferentes dentro de la Villa.
Gran entrada Hall Cuarto de lavado. Armarios, etc.
La Villa es posible dividir las áreas de estar en 2 casas, independientes. Los espacios exteriores, rodean a la Villa 360 grados, haciendo un total de 400m2 de Terrazas limpias, además de un adicional de 700m2 de jardín. Tiene varias terrazas, con un acogedor jardín y muebles exteriores, sofás, tumbonas, mesas, etc.
El área de la piscina; La Villa, tiene una piscina de 9 X 4 mts. Agua salada.
Jacuzzi al aire libre con agua caliente (desde Octubre hasta Abril).
La casa tiene aire acondicionado en toda el área construida, y es posible establecer diferentes temperaturas por áreas.

Was amazing experience. Big spacious areas , comfortable beds, a lot of terraces , breathtaking views.

Stunning views. Huge house and very comfortable. Also home effect. Owner it’s cool and kind. Very easy to deal with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Playja d'Aro. The house is well situated, away from the busy town, but close enough to walk (less than 1 mile). The house was well appointed and well equipped for a large group. The sleeping arrangements are a little funky, with one bedroom being a pass through to the lower portion of the house. In addition, we ended up having some of the kids sleep in beds in the lower level sitting room, which may not work for all groups. The pool was fantastic and very popular with my family! Marcelo was extremely helpful in providing suggestions for restaurants locally.
