The staff was a bit coperative

The rooms are not like the pictures shown on booking.con They provide only 1 bottle of water They had only 1 towel I asked for another they gave a wet one which i feel is a used one I paid for breakfast via booking.com but when i reached the property they said they dont provide breakfast i need to pay again for breakfast

Rude staff, really disgusting

Staff is rude, especially the owner/manager. He doesn't know what hospitality means. The only reason he's getting any business is because people don't know what awaits them.

Staff was very rude. They have minimum rate policy. They tried to denay our booking but booking.com resolved our query very well. They also haven't provided breakfast which is included in our package

Nothing was in proper manner. I am also associated with big travel company for last 13 to 14 years. We know the hospitality. Customer care.

No proper response and attention from manager. Same breakfast. Breakfast was not hot, it was cold. No proper property and location.

The staff was pleasant. It's just that the water needs to be ordered everyday. It should come on its own.

The kitchen doesn't open beyond breakfast.
