overall good place , fantastic view over the lake , easy check in / check out , all facilities working proper , good for short stays

very loaded and slow elevator , a bit difficult to find the parking ( paid parking) around location , not able to open the window for fresh air ( was a double room without balcony on the last floor )

The view is exceptional, especially from the apartments that are on the lake's side. Happy wife, happy life.

A bigger garbage can could've been added, but it's really a minor detail, the rooms have everything you need.

The furniture and appliances are modern and nice (the drawers have a soft close), the bed is ok and the air conditioning works really well even at very high outside temperatures. The views from the room are amazing, both on the lake side and on the sea side. The staff is very firendly, helpful and overall quick to act when there are emergencies. Special thanks to the host for getting the room ready before the check in time and in short notice ( we had booked the room only a few hours earlier).

There wasn’t anything too inconvenient aside from two issues with the shower rain head and the toilet seat, however, the balcony is full of spiders, and mind you, they are really big. One or two are inevitable for an outdoor area I suppose and there is not that much one could do, but I could count more than ten big (as in bigger than my thumb) spiders just on our balcony alone. I was scared to stay on the balcony after the sunset since thats when the spiders would come out. One day we had an ant infestation, the staff was very helpful though and removed them right away but they could sure use a pest control. If they fix this, honestly, this is one of the better places to stay at on the Romanian sea side.

Nothing

We were catfished because it was a very small room, not so clean, the “sea view” wasn’t an actual view to the sea, the elevator worked badly . Very bad designed becuase you didn’t have any window you can open, just windows and if you stop the air conditioning you suffocate. The password for the wi-fi was incorrect .

Noisy from other rooms.. The elevator is very small, can not handle more than 3 people and is very slow.. Not clean sheets and the bathroom is very small

view was nice and it was close to good food and a nice beach.

the storage space was a bit limited and some of the toiletries were limited so had to use items we brought thankfully.
