Amazing accomodation with a huge courtyard that we’ve enjoyed a lot. We’ve played badminton, enjoyed the sun, walked along the bank of Seine. House was clean and we’ve got everything we needed. Tony is a wonderful host. This is definitely on our list of “to come back” accomodations.

Stylish house in a gorgeous rural location on the River Seine. Easy to catch the car ferry over to duclair for essentials

Tony is a very nice and caring host. The house with garden is beautifully situated by the river in a quiet rural setting. There are hens walking in the yard, horses and donkeys behind the fence. The cozy living room is interestingly arranged and beautifully decorated.

This place is amazing, we have already booked to return. Tony was an incredible host, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is tastefully decorated, it looks like a professional interior designer has done it! The garden is huge and very private, and on the bank of the Seine. We couldn't believe how great it was. Chickens and horses and river views :)

Tony was an excellent, hospitable and most accommodating host. Every need you may require was catered for. The grounds, garden and parking are pristine as are the inside quarters and living space. A sheer delight to stay in such a beautifully decorated cottage set in peaceful and serene gardens. Relaxing and quiet with the Seine river flowing at the end of the lengthy green lawn. An absolute joy and most pleasurable stay. Looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommend if want a slice of relaxing fairytale heaven!

Beds and rooms were spacious and comfortable; the kitchen was equipped with high quality appliances and kitchenware; shower was excellent and had good pressure; setting was idyllic, silent and beautiful, right next to the river, and a short drive from the nearest village; the host had stocked the place with toilet roll, shower gel, soap, kitchen basics (salt, oil, pasta, some condiments, sugar, tea etc - perhaps these were left by previous tenants); the host also kindly put together a pack of local places of interest, which was really useful; we also fell in love with the donkeys, who were spoilt with lots of carrots and apples all week!

We had a newborn with us so couldn't use the beautiful woodburner much, and instead relied on the electric heaters, which kept switching down to 16 degrees - they were obviously on some kind of timer or thermostat. It just meant we had to keep adjusting the heating to suit our personal needs. If we had asked the host how to work them, I'm sure he would have explained it. And it honestly didn't detract from how amazing the property is.
