Seafront. We upgraded our room to sea view. Beautiful room, spa and sea facing verandah

Beachfront lovation and very friendly staff. The room was clean. Pet friendly.
There is very little to do in Progreso outside Malecon (other than the beach). The hotel was about 8 -10 minute drive. Room furnishings were sparse so not comfortable for other than sleeping.

I liked the staff, they were super friendly. The location of the hotel is great too since it's right by the beach. The hotel is also very very very clean.
There should be some food amenities within the hotel. It would be great if there was a coffee machine and some snacks in the room

Location of the hotel beachfront is a very nice view of the port
We feel it is too pricey for what you actually get. Overall the hotel is "just" okay but I wouldn't pay that much to stay there again

Price was very good. We booked very last minute (or last second) and this was no problem. Bathroom looked brand new which was very very nice.
Location; it was 30 minutes walk from the boardwalk.
Hotel overall: a bit outdated.

Right on the beach. Has deck with pool, loungers and shower. Bed was comfortable. The staff was awesome and the entire hotel was kept very clean.
Our room had only one window looking into the hallway... so we did not get any breeze.
