The staff was wonderful. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted. The ladies in the front were attentive and helpful. Check in was fast and easy.

I loved everything. It was a clean, accessible property.

Location

Bed was not comfortable. Surprise fee for parking. Awkward breakfast arrangement.

I enjoyed the room and it’s futuristic theme!!

I didn’t like the kids in the room above us running around all night long!!

Loved that this property was dog friendly! Very dog friendly! The ambiance was lovely! Friendly staff and a great location made for a very enjoyable stay with our pup.

The door slam loudly so it was a little loud but it wasn’t unbearable.

I loved the staff. They were very personable and helpful. The hotel was clean and decorated wonderfully. The boat to Seacrets was incredible.

I did think the prices were very high and that the carpets in the room could use a shampoo.

Have stayed here before. Love the properties, amenities and location.

I didn’t give it a 10 rating because when I booked, I was unaware there was a $10 per day off season parking charge.

TV remote needs to be replaced! I love a dog friendly hotel....however room showed some dog damage - screen was torn up, scratches on door.

I want my money back!! They did not allowed me to stay!! They want Me to have a credit card for there file !! All I had was cash !! The front desk person was rude , obnoxious, unconcerned that it was My Birthday trip !! I had to leave and return home !! I wasn't allowed to enjoy the room that I had paid For 😒 birthday trip gone 😒 bad !! I drove 3 hours for nothing! I DEMAND A FULL REFUND

El servicio de internet y el baño con su ducha nada más eso estaba exelente..

El cobro del Parqueo es un abuso ya que por eso uno paga los servicios y que le cobren parqueo adicional cuándo uno llega eso es pésimo y abusivo, otra tenía que salir afueras para usar el microondas hay bastante qué corregir, pape higiénico tuvimos que ir a comprar por no avía nadie que nos atendiera en ese aspecto..

It was clean, did have the water views.

Nobody fully explained how to operate some items in room. No soda machines had to get from their snack shop.

I really liked that you get a free umbrella and chairs setup on the beach. Staff is friendly. Rooms are modern and comfortable.

Finding a parking spot is sometimes a problem. The walls are a bit thin. You hear everything happening in the hallways when in your room. The balconies are nice but you are so close to others it can be awkward.

Loved the amenities beach shuttle, seacrets boat shuttle. Liquid Therapy Bar, pool. 🌞super dog friendly. Lots of adorable 🐶

Hotel is not worth the money you pay. But I guess since it’s the most “modern” looking hotel in OC I get it.

Rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet. At a beach resort so very thankful the ac worked great! Staff was helpful, they were extremely busy so most of the time we were waiting in line to ask a question or get towels for our room. The golf cart transport to the beach and back was a wonderful service and the free umbrella and chairs at beachside were amazing. The in room fridge was nice. The rain shower in the bath was awesome. The $20 daily food credit was nice but should have been explained better.

The hotel pool was crowded and the pool was very small for the number of guests. We were unable to find chairs during our 3 days there. The coffee service in the room wasn’t stocked adequately and the pumps on shampoo and conditioner supplied in the shower were broken. We called for extra bath towels which were never delivered after waiting hours but did get them when we went to the front desk. These things were slightly annoying because of the cost of the room you expect high level services

The location was perfect, they offered a ride to the beach pickup and drop off.

Kayaks were pictured but then found out they were for rent, not included. Mirror light worked 10% of the time, toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, no lock on bathroom door, no where to set anything in the shower, other guests smoking and vaping. The entire place was so heavily perfumed I had a headache the 1st day and half. Seems like they took an old hotel and slapped some paint on it and tried to make it nice.
