Studio is in a great location and exactly as advertised!

Isabel is very communicative and made everything very clear. Parking is very convenient. Property is clean with a beautiful view! Highly recommend!

This was a great room for the price. When they get the pool area opened after repairs I am sure it will be more appealing to others. I have a pool and I am a beach girl so it wasn't a big deal to me. The rolling black outs was a bit of a surprise but it didn't last long.

My gf and I stayed here during Thanksgiving holiday for about a week. I was a little skeptical at first, because you never know how accurate the description will be, but I’m glad I stayed. The location is right off the beach and when they mentioned that shops were 2 blocks away, from the street, it was 2 blocks away. Also, the host was very polite and I was always in communication with her.

The property was great! There wasn’t nothing I didn’t like. The area was nice and wasn’t busy at all. The instructions were very clear and quick that it took less then 5 minutes to enter the property. Although the pool wasn’t open, it wasn’t a big deal to me because you have private access to the beach that is literally right outside the property. After a long, hot day, it was nice going back into the property because it had Wi-Fi, AC, and a nice view from the balcony to just sit and relax.

The studio is a little outdated but its clean, neat, comfortable and has an amazing beach view! Close to restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. we had a car rental so it was a plus to have a parking spot. You can certainly take and Uber to go to further places if you don’t have a car. Staff from the building were super friendly and helpful. Only suggestion I have is to keep a broom and basic cleaning supplies just in case someone needs them. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent location on beach. Rooms are privately owned. The home owners association is responsible for building maintenance. The pool is not operational, lobby bar and coffee caffe were not open. Home owners in process to agree on budget to open all. My room was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent Location. Walking distance to very good restaurants. Convenient kitchen if traveling with kids. Pueblo supermarket 5 mins away. Beautiful beach few steps away from the lobby. Comfortable and clean apartment with everything you need. Located walking distance from hotel with casino. Very close to the airport ,Old San Juan and El Yunque rainforest. Isabel was available for any questions. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us! We can't wait to go back!

We rented this spot for our family if 4 - 2 adults & 2 kids. Parking in the underground garage was a huge plus, beds were comfy, space was great for us. We simply use our VRBOs for sleeping, as we spend as much time out and about as possible, so this fit the bill perfectly. Game room and vending machines were a huge bonus for the kiddos! Read the description. Yes, the pool isn't operational but due to the HUGE beach that the property sits on, you don't need it!!!

The apartment was nice. Ocean view, clean. Unfortunately The location was to closed to El San Juan Hotel in Puerto Rico.. The hotel adverticed music from Thursdays to Fridays. This time we were there from the 7 of July to the 27. The hotel had private parties every day. Including Sundays and Mondays. The mysic was extremely loud and disruptive. The peace and tranquility that travelers needs to enjoy a great vacation was not provided.We were not able to enjoy our expensive and atractive apartment.They had no respect, courtesy, or sensitivity to the people that were renting in the area. Unfortunately they should be made responsible for keeping the music codes to date. No many people were happy at this time.

The place is very basic. You can have a waterfront view but cant help but to notice the unattractive emptiness of the pool area. The place seems old. The 1st shower I took the shower head bracket broke. I went to use the blow dryer they had and I almost caused a fire because it was blowing smoke. Also if you are looking for nightlife entertainment this is not the place to be in. The hotel next to us looked awesome. They had a poolbar, beautiful lighting at night, music, and free beachchairs. This hotel was charging 5 bucks each. One last thing, the tv is really small for the room size.

This property is an okay place to stay, it gets the job done if you just need a place to sleep and shower. The mattresses were not very comfortable, no access to pool which is undergoing repairs. A lot of rules from the beginning of your stay, and you will be reminded "This is not a hotel". There are some places to eat and CVS about 10 min walking distance, if you are not driving you will definitely need Ubers to get around. My issue with this place however, was their cleaning agency they have hired. I left behind my AirPods during check out (I know because I checked by luggage and check in bag and never took my AirPods out of the room) and when I returned to the room, the cleaning lady denied every finding AirPods in the room. However last location on my AirPods was this room before they died and were probably reset. The owner was not helpful and informed me she would go look herself in the room and get back to me the next day. Unfortunately she did not get back to me and I had to be the one to reach out and ask about my missing belongings. The cleaning lady probably did not think anyone would return, and when I came into the room and asked she denied and just stood there, not even bothering to look or help the guest. Beware if you stay here, triple check you bring all of your belongings with you, otherwise no guarantee it will still be there when you return for your belongings.

The place was clean... it’s lot of walking to most restaurants. We were looking forward to the pool but it was closed for repair..when we booked we specifically booked this property for the pool and found out it was not open 2 weeks after we booked. Bummer because the other places we looked at that did have a pool in working order was booked. We would of liked more of a heads up on that. All in all it was a nice stay.

Rental was clean, view was excellent. Could use an upgrade to the mattresses (mine had a dip), but overall exactly what we expected. Close to the beach and down the road from the 24 hour Puebla market for restocking.

The studio was perfect for my wife and I. It is conveniently located to several restaurants and bars. The ocean view from the balcony was breathtaking. Communication with Owner, Isabelle, was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

Isabel was a dream to work with and was extremely communicative throughout the entire process (traveling during COVID). The property looked exactly like the pictures, was clean, and the views were amazing. The hotel has a nice pool and easy access to a beautiful beach. My only complaint was that there isn't a fan in the bathroom, so the mirror would fog up and then the room became a bit damp as the steam cleared out. Even then, for the price it's a great place with wonderful amenities.
