The shower is a bit small

We had two separate apartments, wonderfully equipped and central location, close to the medieval old town of San Gimignano. Very neat and comfortable.

It was a perfect stay. The only “negative” was the free parking which required a bit of walking distance as you were not sure of parking .

Giacomo was very helpful and nice. He provided us with good information and the check in and check out were easy and flexible. The location is excellent: A five minute walk to the old city, but also a close walk to a wineyard where we did some wine tasting. The apartment is clean, cozy, comfortable, and it has many useful facilities such as a kitchen, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, drying rack, etc. Parking is easier if you arrive early or after 3pm. Tip: you might need a reservation if you want to have dinner at a nicer restaurant.

The shower is perhaps too small, so it was a bit diffucult to take a relaxing shower.

Beautiful accommodation, beautiful location. Close to the historic town. Close access to public transport. A bottle of water and a beer in the fridge were a blessing.

Everything was perfect! Very close to the city center, quiet and pretty building. We had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and the apartment super tidy. I really recommend this place especially if you are a family. I’ve booked the apartment half an hour before arrival and the owner was so kind to have us in such a short time.

The only thing I would add is nesspreso capsules and milk

The apartment was really nice, comfortable, totally clean, well equipped and perfectly located to explorer San Gimignano. We really enjoyed our stay and could definitely recommend the apartment.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the old town. Clean apartment, with fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms (with beds large enough for tall people), and air conditioning in both bedrooms plus the kitchen. Free parking just around the corner. Very friendly owner, explained everything.

The shower is quite small, especially for tall people... but for a couple of days it is ok. There seems to be a small terrace that can be entered from the bathroom, but the door was locked. However, the terrace was not listed in the booking, so everything is ok. Actually, these are not shortcomings but rather comments. In fact, the apartment is superb!

Nice flat in 200 meters from old town San Gimignano. Pleasant, friendly and polite host. Free parking lot in 200-300 meters. It was a nice one night stay. Thank you!
