The place was great. Close to everything, clean and comfortable. We rode the bikes to the beach that were included on the property. We walked the neighborhood everyday. Very nice relaxing stay!

There are so many great things to say about Franks property. It Is in a fantastic and safe location that was in close proximity to the beach, dining, entertainment and the Mercato shops. The property is equipped with everything you would need, it was extremely clean and beautifully decorated/furnished. Frank is an amazing host, very friendly, responsive and willing to help with anything. Already looking forward to visiting Naples again and staying at Franks property.

I was looking for a studio for a solitary weekend. Perfect place and near the beach not on the best street in Naples park as that neighborhood is hit or miss. I know the neighborhood so I was comfortable. The place was well kept and had great lighting which I needed for the weekend. There was a lot of spiders in there and spider webs that I walked through. Once I brush them out I was fine. The cable was intermittent so I had to keep turning it on and off. Bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. Just what I needed.

I loved the proximity to pretty much anything, beach, restaurants, parks. The place was very comfortable for us and had all the amenities it specified. I would definitely come back and stay there!

Comfortable and well taken care of place
Owner was very attentive to all our needs ams took prompt action to every request. All utensils and appliances were good quality.

Very practical small studio
Well located, well equipped small studio. Very clean with comfortable bed. I would stay there again.

Nice, clean and as advertised
This is a small but nice efficiency apartment in a quite neighborhood. There was an osprey in the tree across the street a few days. It’s about a fifteen minute walk to Vanderbilt beach and a short drive to a state park which has nice beaches and kayak and canoe rentals. The only sink was in the kitchen so that some getting used to. Very good value for being in Naples.
