The breakfast was good. Nice place to stay
The heating / AC unit was next to jour bed and we had a hard time sleeping comfortably, we actually had to turn off the unit in order to have a good night sleep

The property is clean with nice functional rooms . Excellent staff , good breakfast, quality & comfy beds , ample free parking, walking distance to the mall & restaurants.

Good room and nice breakfast.
The hotel lacked basic communication within the staff. This resulted in us having a room with AC working as a heater for 1 night.

It was mostly clean, but there were M&M's under the bed that our kids could have eaten. There was still hair, which is also not pleasant. Also, there was no toilet brush in the toilet. Everything else is very good.

They had prefilled bottles of shampoo and conditioner,but the conditioner was empty.

Room was clean. Waffles for breakfast.
The room only had pillow for the sofa bed and didn’t have the blanket and sheets for the sofa bed and the front desk person at night refused to provide one saying that they don’t have any. Bread tray was empty during breakfast and well as It would have been nice to have another waffle machine as there was a big line for it.

Very nice rooms, comfy beds. Front office staff was great. Wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman who checked us in...he greeted me by name the next morning at breakfast...very efficient, friendly, professional.
