Well equipped house in Williams which looks better in person than in the listing. A short walk to downtown/route 66 tourist area and easy access to the highway. The house has a huge backyard and backs up to the forest. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house.

The host was very accommodating and the house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked as well as the rest of the house. Everything we could need was there. It was so nice to book a home that made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay! It’s really exceptional during this time of year, it snowed the Christmas tree downtown was right down our road. Amazing!

Great place to stay with your family if you are doing the Polar Express out of Williams. I can see it as a good place in the summer for families visiting the Grand Canyon. We will stay here again next time we take the grandkids to the Polar Express.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It gave us quick access to the Grand Canyon Railroad and was very close to the local reservoir. My kids enjoyed strolls behind the property in the national forest and we liked touring on foot downtown. The property itself was true to the description. Everything worked fine and we appreciated the responsiveness of our host. It was clean and well organized.

Our stay was very nice, proximity to town was a plus. We loved the house layout and it was very clean and the girls enjoyed the bunk beds
I wish the master bed had a softer matress And the yard had upkeep since the girls wanted to play outside
Other than that everything was great!

Thank you for the great home! We can hopefully stay again soon. The family time we got is immeasurable. The dining table was the perfect space for Mexican train dominos and muffin time card came. Thanks again!

With friendly service & a cozy cabin, this was a terrific place for our family's two-week stay in Williams, AZ: our kids, our dog, and two grandparents all had a great time, which allowed "mama & papa" to have fun on our family vacation. We highly recommend this cabin.

Williams is a great town with a lot of history. The house is just a short distance to the center of town and the Grand Canyon railway, Route 66 and a lot of small town charm. The house was clean and comfortable. The back yard was great for the kids and dog and the patio was perfect for having our morning coffee and playing games. We would defiantly stay again.

Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Williams. The house is well stocked and wonderfully comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the back deck with our coffee in the morning! The location is great-we rode the Grand Canyon Railway one day. An experience I'll always treasure. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. One of the best VRBO rentals I've stayed at over the last 12 years!

We chose this property since we were visiting the Grand Canyon. It’s a little over an hour to drive there from Williams. Our hosts were very accommodating with a family emergency that changed our travel plans. We really appreciated their assistance with the request.
The home backs to the forest so it’s a little dusty and rustic. However, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The home would be great during the Christmas holidays; fireplace, snow, location, etc would be a nice getaway from the city.

Fantastic response from the manger with any questions or concerns. The area is beautiful with charming small town. It is about an hour to the south entrance of Grand Canyon - lots to do and see with 1 hour radius. Beautiful area. Clean and spacious home, close to groceries and able to accommodate our group of 6 easily!

This is one of the best VRBO's our family has ever stayed in. It is very family friendly. Our 3 year old granddaughter enjoyed the toy's. We planned the trip for our grandchildren to play in the snow for the first time. We didn't even need to leave the house the kids sled and played out back all day in the snow. We definitely will be back if available as we go to Williams in the summer. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with our family.

Can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay! We had tickets to the Polar Express and this was the perfect family spot to stay. The house was decorated with a beautiful Christmas tree, garlands and other cute decorations. There was even a welcome basket with goodies and gifts. There was a toy box full of toys for the kids and a high chair and playpen - which we totally took advantage of! The living room was large enough for all of us with a long comfy couch perfect for snuggling and watching The Polar Express - which they had recorded and available for you to watch! A big basket was full of comfy blankets to cuddle under. We got snow and the kids were able to go outside, build a snowman, go sledding and have snowball fights. Downtown is literally right down the street! I walked down one morning and enjoyed browsing through the cute shops that Williams has to offer. The rooms were comfortable for our three families with my daughter-in-law even saying her bed was the most comfortable she'd ever slept in! Also, Stacy was friendly and quick to respond. Overall a great family experience. Thinking of coming back at another time to explore the Grand Canyon and some of the other local sites.

Our family of 4 adult's and 4 children stayed in this great William's, AZ house for the 2022 Polar Express and Grand Canyon Railroad South Rim trip. The owner responded quickly to my rental request and sent an email with all the information/instructions prior to our stay. The home is close to everything in Williams. We all loved the house, felt safe and comfortable with our stay. The vibe of the house is more cozy in person than what the picture's look like. There is good parking, inside and outside is spacious, everything was clean, and the home is well equipped with more than we needed. We all hope to go back again as soon as we get the chance.. Thank you :)

This property and the owner were great! The place was clean, cozy, stocked with an assortment of spices and condiments, and tons of extra blankets. We used it as a home base for the day trips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. It is centrally located and right at the edge of Williams (which is such a cute town and easy to get to from this house). High score from us: choose this one!

We loved this home. Especially for parents of 4 little ones. They thought of everything. We will be back! So close to downtown. They have a garage but you cannot park in it. Just an FYI.

The home is located near the end of a quiet, residential street, but still close to downtown. Everything was very clean and welcoming. We used the kitchen/grill a lot and found all the utensils, pots, and etc. we needed to make our meals. As many others have said, the pictures don’t do it justice, you won’t regret renting this home.
To be honest, we considered a number of houses in Williams before deciding on this one. While we were there, we recognized a couple of the other rentals from our search and we were so glad we ended up choosing this one!!!
Two minor things to note: 1. The master bed is pretty firm—not hard like a cheap mattress, just firm. When I first sat on it I was thinking I would have a difficult time sleeping, but I actually slept really well. 2. The window in the master bath is frosted but doesn’t have a curtain, so you might “feel” exposed; but I had my husband try to look from the outside and it’s fine. Plus, there aren’t any houses on that side.
If we get to come back to Williams, we will definitely rent this home again!

We enjoyed the house as a base for our travels in Northern AZ.
We had 2 dogs with us and one of them truly thinks of the backyard of the property as his “happy place”. Thank you!

This is a decent property that could be great with a few improvements.
Pros:
Location - It is literally a minute from Downtown Williams. It is on a quiet street with very little traffic.
Size - The bedrooms were nice sized and provided enough space for four adults and two kids.
Price - The price per night was comparable to other similar sized homes in the area.
Cons:
Cleanliness - The house was clean-ish. There were many things that could be easily remedied to make it much better. Shortly after arriving our two year old found a red pill under the dining room table (they seem to find everything). Thankfully we were able to grab it from him before he put it in his mouth. Either the rug wasn't vacuumed or it wasn't vacuumed very well. The kitchen counter also wasn't cleaned very well. Everything we moved (Keurig, bread box, toaster) we found crumbs and dirt under. The ceiling fans could also use a good cleaning, there was some major dust built up on the blades. There were three garbage cans on the side of the house, and all three were nearly full when we arrived. There were no instructions on placing them out so I'm not sure how often they are emptied.
Bugs - We killed about a dozen spiders, both inside and outside. There were spider webs above the front door and all over the back deck.
Landscaping - The backyard is a bit overgrown. We tried to let our toddler play in the fenced area but the weeds were about as high as him.
Cameras – There are multiple security cameras outside, which is mentioned in the description.
Garage - There is a garage but it is evidently being used for storage and is not usable. This wasn’t disclosed until we received the arrival instructions.
Laundry - The washer and dryer are down a STEEP set of stairs. There is also already detergent in the machine so you’re taking a gamble on what they provide. Our daughter has eczema and is sensitive to certain detergents so we were unable to use it for her clothes.
We did have to reach out to the owner since we had not received any access instructions after the check-in time. She immediately provided them via email. Our reviews ultimately boil down to if we would rent again and we would rent this house again, but it probably wouldn’t be our first choice.

Super close to town, very nice inside, and big enough for the whole family. Waking up and sitting on the back patio. Watching the rain in the morning from the back patio was incredible. Can’t recommend this home enough!

We started calling the rental home. As in, let's go back home before going to dinner. We are very comfortable here. The house was so clean. I did not even find one dog hair, and they allow pets. We didn't bring ours but we were impressed. I need to know your trick because my house has pet hair. This house is right by the Kaibab National Forest and the wildlife we viewed was great.
