Not rental friendly. There was less than a half a roll of toilet paper for a total of 2 bathrooms. 1/4 of a roll of paper towels. There is only 1 garbage receptacle in the entire house which is located only in the kitchen. No trash containers in the bathrooms. The house smelled terrible of mold and was very musty. When I opened the windows to air out the house dust blow out from underneath all the beds and couches. Many windows had no screens. A blind was broken in one of the bedrooms (the owner did come and replace that). There were 3 bags of laundry left on the front porch. The shower and sink on the main floor bathroom was not draining well and people were standing in water up to their ankles.
When we opened the door to the garage it smelled like it hadn’t been aired out in years.

Overall it was a great experience. I think the house would be better for 8 people. The location was perfect for Beach Haven.

We were pleasantly pleased with the layout and cleanliness of the home. Great location, everything is within walking distance. Beach was so close.
So happy he allowed our "fur baby" to come along too! Made wonderful memories!

We had a wonderful week! The house is centrally located to all the Beach Haven activities as well as the beach. During these Covid times, the house provided us with the ability to entertain on the outside deck socially distant with family that was staying elsewhere. The large kitchen made family dinners easy to prepare and serve and the house itself has plenty of room for gathering together as well as individual space.
As a side note, I thought that having the grill in the back (with no back door) was going to be an issue after seeing other reviews, however it was not a problem at all.
Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time! The house was recently renovated and very comfortable! Plenty of space for the adults and the kids to relax and enjoy. Perfect location! Would love to go back next summer!

Nice roomy house. Sleeps 10 but 8 would be more comfortable. Great location. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. There was no access to the yard from house. You had to walk out front door of house to yard to use bbq. Other than that we loved the location and had a great time!!

We loved it here! Attention to detail - there were nice plastic hangers in each closet, new dishes and cookware, hooks for your towels by the showers in the bathroom, and a good amount of storage in the kitchen. The garage was clean and empty, we were able to store 5 bikes, LAX sticks, Corn Hole, etc. This was really nice as in other houses we constantly had to bring stuff in and out of the main house. Shower pressure is great! Location cannot be beat: 1.5 blocks to the beach, close enough to see the sunset on the bay, 2 blocks from Chegg, 3 blocks to the pharmacy and Murphys. Nathan is very responsive and helpful. There was a living room on both floors which was great, our teenage daughters and their friends had their own space! We cannot say enough good things. You will not regret your choice to stay here.

The house was exactly what we were looking for -- clean, well-maintained & owner was super helpful with answers to any questions we had. Centrally located to everything in Beach Haven. We plan on returning next year!

This was the 2 week vacation of our dreams! Perfect location and proximity to both the convenience of the town and beach. We utilized the patio each day for breakfast and reading. Truly the house is equipped with everything you need.

Excellent property and a very accommodating host. The property is well maintained and offers lots of amenities. We will be back for sure!
