We truly enjoyed our experience staying here. It was very clean with nice-sized bedrooms and closets. Our kids really enjoyed the upstairs space, spiral staircase and big bear stuffy. Thank you!

This experience was amazing to say the least. My friends and I had the best time and stay at the cabin we stayed at during New Years weekend! The rental place was very responsive and helpful when we had questions during our stay. We had no issues or complaints whatsoever and only had a blast. I will definitely be booking another stay through this company again in the future!

The listing for this unit is inaccurate: couch bed broken, air mattress broken, seating for three in main room, not five as listed. No lighter, insufficient silverware, insufficient blankets, stove only heats to 350, dishwasher broken. Great location, easy check in, very clean. But listing it as sleeping for eight is not accurate. It sleeps six and seats six at kitchen table. Communication with owner was not satisfactory and in fact terse and unhelpful. The view of the neighborhood is fine and we enjoyed being here, but we feel we should be refunded money based on the falsehood of the listing and the fact that the owner knew the couch bed was broken and the living room couch was out, before we arrived.

The hot tub didn't work the first two days we were there which was bothersome as it was one of the main reasons for selecting the house. The house heater blows extremely hot and the distribution isn't great which made it difficult for everyone to sleep in the different rooms. The house only has 6 forks and 1 teaspoon. The kitchen needs an update on these necessary items. The driveway is pretty steep which made it tricky to park but once we parked in the garage the kids enjoyed sledding down the driveway. The house is at the end of the street so there was little to no traffic. The property manager has excellent communication. She responded quickly every time I asked a question or reported an issue. I will say the check-in process is a little unnecessary. We had to check in at the property manager only go be given a code for a lockbox at the house. They don't want you to check in at the property manager office till after 4 which means you don't get to the house until 4:15-4:30. You should be able to go straight to the house and receive the code the day of arrival. Any additional paperwork could be signed electronically.

Amazing home, a lot of space & a very nice area. Only thing is...there wasn’t any hot water when showering. & I mean NONE! So that was a disaster. & when making food, we noticed the blender wasn’t working. Other than that, we all had a dope time. Thanks again!

Secluded Hideaway
Property was easy to find. It was clean and very welcoming. It is close to town, restaurants and the lake ! Wonderful place to just get away and relax!

We could hear a scratching noise from the corner, and when I checked in the morning I saw wasps entering and exiting the wall just under the eaves. The property manager sent out a guy who sprayed it, but by that night it was the same. They need to get an actual pest control out to take care of it properly. Other than that, great location and amenities as advertised.

This property was outstanding. It was clean and attractive. We had a wonderful time in the cabin. The cabin is just the right size for up to eight people. We used the fireplace and the spa. We cooked our meals in the nice kitchen. I would highly recommend the facility.
