The man who checked me in was very nice and pleasant to talk to. Yes, the hotel is older and has no frills, but let me tell you, I felt safe as a single, female traveler. The parking lot is well-lit. I took all my valuables in with me, but my car was STUFFED full of %$#@!! I felt perfectly fine leaving my car in the parking lot overnight. The room was clean and the bed was incredible! There's a convenience store right across the street that has everything! There are a ton of construction workers in the area and plenty of semis, but it made me feel a bit better with so much activity around the hotel. And bonus, I didn't hear much outside noise at all! If I ever pass through Guymon again, I'll definitely stay here!! A+++

Matt at the front desk was amazing. I had questions about the area that he was happy to tell me about. The room was darling. Big fridge and microwave to make a decent meal. Good water pressure, comfortable bed, huge tv

The room was clean and well maintained. The check-in and check-out were efficient. There was a breakfast available (I chose to sleep in, so I do not know how it is).
The price I paid was not what was shown on booking.com. It was only a few dollars more, so I didn't bother addressing it since I was tired from traveling all day. Even with the higher price, it was reasonable for what you get.

The bed was uncomfortable. My rv in my room didn't work. I didn't call the front desk due to I travel alone and didn't want to bring attention to that fact.

I thought the best part was the shower, finally found a place with good water pressure. For me, that makes or breaks a future stay and when I travel across country again, I will stop here again.
The breakfast looked good but the waffle batter was empty, most likely due to all the construction workers beating me to breakfast.

Once shift change, the lady working was friendly and knowledgeable, apologized for previous female check in manners
The price I was giving from booking online was 82.00+ and she wanted to charge me 88.00+ wasn’t happy. I finally paid her 84.00

It was satisfactory for a one-night stay.
Air conditioner would not stay on for more than a couple minutes at a time. Parts of the room needing definite updating/repairs. Front desk help was not real friendly/welcoming, busy watching football game.

no “Do not disturb “ sign, and even after telling the housekeeping staff it didn’t need cleaned, they still entered the room when I was gone. did not appreciate it.

Outdoor lights were on all night and a lot of trains but didn’t wake me up once I went to sleep.

The room was fine. The complimentary breakfast was pretty alright, actually. The breakfast was the best thing this place had going for it. Again, the room was adequate.
The front desk dude was pretty curt & a little surly. The ice machine is not accessible for guests & you have to have the front desk guy get it for you.
The pillows were some of the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced & I did not get any good sleep as a result. Terrible pillows. Bring your own pillows to this one.
