I love this place because it is close to the city centre and in the nearby attractions. Also, the staff is amazing. They are very accommodating and helpful. The room and the facility are great. I would really recommend this place to everyone.

Very good stay at the SD View Hotel. The room was big, clean and lovely. Nice view on the balloons from the terrace. The breakfast was good. They proposed activities. A little far from the city center but totally faisaible by foot.

The rent of the scooters are a little bit expensive compared to other locations.

Located just a short walk outside of town, this hotel is simple and nice. They also offer a laundry service which was very convenient!

1. The view of the public balconies is really nice( Sunset and sunrise with hot balloons, however now it’s a good time for the view.. cloudy) 2. The manager speaks English well and helpful 3. Good breakfast

1. The location: it’s 1-1.4km from the center. (15-20mins quick walking) and I was overcharged every times by the Tuktuk in town when I need to go back to the hotel. 2. I really don’t like the idea that they charge different people differently on some booking services(ig. the motor bike, I think the manager overcharged me than others since I don’t bargain.(It’s a Small town, I got information from other tourists) 3. One of the staff don’t speak English and he just ran away when I need him the most( the Paramtor pickup is a little bit late and I don’t know how to open the front door at first and no one else to speak.

The location was perfect, very near the bus terminal. They suggested I hire a scooter, which I did and had the most amazing time. I accommodation itself was just perfect, Vang Vieng is just so beautiful, but what I can't ignore is how helpful the staff were. I slept in and missed my train, the hotel manager tried contacting me but I couldn't be woken. I missed my train and would then miss my next train to Bangkok and my flight home. The hotel manager knowing my situation reserved a bus to Vientiane then a flight to Bangkok, I'm sure he made a commission but the price was so good it was as if I just got a bonus night in Vang Vieng. Although I was looking forward to traveling by train to Bangkok, I still arrived in Bangkok the day before my flight. I haven't found myself in such a sticky situation before, but the hotel manager solved the whole problem so efficiently, it still feels like a miracle. I've never seen hotel staff do something quite like this. Thanks again Sengphet, and all the helpful staff at SD View Hotel

Friendly owner, helped us book tubing and tuk tuks to the train station. Nice rooftop balcony view of the mountains and hot air balloons.

Room was a little tight, bed was hard and the room was really bright in the morning, blackout blinds would be better. Breakfast was really confusing, didn’t know how to get it and not enough space for all guests to sit so we just opted to go out.

I couldn't have a shower in the morning due to the water supplies is stop working. so i waited until 11 o'clock and it's still not flowing. They charged me every time i did my move. And i think i didn't get a proper advice when i wanted to make the trip in the city. So this is my terrible experience in vang vieng for this time.

Breakfast was kinda okay but they had no option for me cuz I got allergic to egg so I need to buy something to eat. But overall I think this hotel is an underrated places that I've ever been to compared to the others.

Nice, friendly stuff. Room was much better then it looked on photos, it is really big and bright. Breakfast was really good, it was never the same during my 5 days stay.
