가격이 좋고 객실이나 어메니티도 좋음.가부키초 한복판이라 위험?할까 살짝 걱정했으나 오히려 사람이 많아서 늦은시간에도 돌아댕기기 좋았음. 숙소근처1분거리에 편의점도 종류별로 다있었고..돈키호테도 10분~15분거리에 3군데나 있어서 전부쇼핑가능함.이치란라면도 가까이 있어서 낮에 줄서서 먹을필요없을듯..킨타코-타코야키도 근처라 야식으로 포장해와서 먹음.

프런트 남자직원들이 친절한느낌은 아님...(3명을 만났으나 3명모두) 딱딱한 말투와표정으로 응대해서 첫인상이 좋지않음.. 한국어를 하는 직원은 없는듯..일본어로 말해달라고 했는데 잘 못알아들으니까 바로 영어로 말함..

This is a great hotel to stay in Tokyo right in the heart of the crazy action of Shinjuku. Great food and bars are all around you. The Shinjuku station is very close and you can travel anywhere easily. This was a family trip and the pricing allowed me to get a room each for my children (young adults).

ホテルの立地が歌舞伎町のど真ん中なので近隣の街宣のCMが深夜・早朝まで聞こえる

Location was excellent

The rooms didn’t have a wardrobe which was ok as space to store suitcases under the bed. The downside was everything was covered in dust and fluff.

Rooms are a bit small but I guess it’s typical of most highly urban cities.

Location and convenience of area! The temperature settings were comfortable. The hot water was consistent! Travel time was Jan 2024. Tourist times was 16hrs and sleep in times were average 6 to 8 hours.

I could not find one

Great value. The location was perfect. Close to the train station and literally hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops. The complimentary sundries are a nice bonus. (razors, toothbrushes, slippers, robes, etc.).

Like most Japanese hotel rooms, it's very small. We rented a standard double bedroom. You have to crawl over your partner to get out of bed if you're against the wall. I recommend getting 2 single beds if you're not traveling alone.

L'emplacement est top, le personnel aux petits soins et d'un respect inégalé, et l'établissement propre et optimisé à la japonaise si on peut dire, en somme c'était génial 😁🤩

This hotel is in the perfect neighborhood for walking around, you are in the heart of the action. We really loved our stay here.

De kamer was clean en comfortabel.

Er was maar één lift voor 15 verdiepingen. Dat is te weinig. Het duurde soms enorm lang om naar boven of beneden te gaan.

The jet shower is good. Room is clean, albeit small.

The walls between rooms are thin. Suggest reminding guests to be mindful when they open and shut their doors especially at wee hours and/or lower their volume when talking along corridors.

The location is near to Shinjuku station. Lots of shopping mall & restaurants around the hotel. If you like to explore the nightlife this is perfect place. The hotel rooms are small but equipped with everything you need. It was a comfortable stay. Reception is very helpful & can speak english.

No waiting lobby near reception area. In night the surrounding area become red light zone. So not recommended for family with kids.

Convenient location for those wanting to explore Shinjuku, right in the thick of it. Bed was comfy. Not too much noise from the outside at night. Allowed same-day luggage storage after checkout, got some luggage delivered here from our previous hotel.

Not a nice surrounding area. Walking back from Shinjuku station we encountered drunk people passed out in the street and trash everywhere. Definitely wouldn't recommend it for families with young kids. Only one elevator for a very busy hotel is a massive oversight. The floor in the room was dirty, and the room was open when we arrived.

The staff, they’re very helpful, very accommodating, polite. They’re the best :)

We did not like the way how they handle about cleaning the room, we understand that cleaning is important, but u should know that we are in vacation, we want our slow days, Just being lazy inside the room is what we want when we don’t book a tour, I hope that we have a choice , if we don't want the cleaning, i hope we can just let them know and say no, but it feels like they force us. That they must clean and it’s not fun, its stressful that u have to go coz they will clean.
