We are of the age when our activities are limited. We were hoping for a view of the lake while we were relaxing in the room. Had we been informed that we had no view, we would have booked elsewhere. An important reason for visiting a lake is to see the lake. You need to be more informative. . . . The tub was potentially dangerous. There was no grab bar, and no tub mat, or any other form of foot security. . . . The mattress was narrow and too high. We needed a stepstool to get in.
