Sehr schönes Hotel, noch recht frisch renoviert. Top Zustand, top Lage. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen. Gibt auch eine Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel.

Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn es auch Zimmer gäbe, wo wir unseren Hund hätten mitbringen dürfen. Ging aber auch mal ohne.

The was big enough for 3 adults The shower and bathroom is a really good size with a walk-in shower.

Very secure and modern. Special locked room for storage. Tasty breakfast. Front desk staff gave good recommendation for dinner and a tour map of village.

Great staff, good breakfast, and I slept like a log in the quiet room. Also a nice central location.

In a hotel at this price range, the room should have a minibar/refrigerator. Since the plug of the bathroom sink was not working either, I had to chill my wine in the toilet bowl :-(

Great location for the hospital where I was having major surgery.Perfect to walk along the Rhine and have drinks / dinner Extremely clean and inviting, very comfortable and fantastic friendly staff. Only thing lacking I’d say would be tea/coffee making facilities in room and still water.

Super clean room. Glass wall in bath room was too clear to notice. Staff there are very friendly and professional. Best hotel we've ever stayed.

The lady at the reception desk was extremely kind and gave sufficient, clear information about the area around the hotel. Very friendly and nice to talk to.

Some lingering characters outside appeared a little dodgy. No problem however.

Fantastic staff, serviceminded and easy to get a hold off at all times. Never have i had a single issue that was not instantly resolved. Simply outstanding :)

SUPER nitpicky stuff only. Door to my room was difficult to close completely (first time i have had this issue, other rooms has not had this issue) The sink in my room also had some issues, again never had this issue there before, just bad luck. I am sure it will be fixed by now. And none of it were actually a problem.

Litlle expensive. If you come at breakfast 1 hour before closing the choice is very limited (all empty).

Friendly receptionists. Very good breakfast buffet. The room was very spacious, sparkling clean and beautiful. Wifi worked great. We can highly recommend this hotel. The room rate was very reasonable and even included breakfast. We loved our stay!

Not sure whether parking was included in the initial rate, if it wasn't, not good. If it was, I apologise! One doesn't really expect to pay separately for parking?

5 star bike storage. We were on a cycling holiday down the Rhine and this was one of the only hotels we stayed in that had a dedicated bicycle storage area. It also had charging points for DI2 and electric bikes. It could have rings to lock you bike on to. If you don't feel your bike is safe your stay will not be good however great the hotel is. Great breakfast. Very large room.
