The vapartment was comfortable. The hosts were super nice !
Parking was a bit of an issue. The view of the beach was almost non-existent due to a new building being erected next door.

The location was pretty good, so close to the beach, and also not so busy with traffic, the apartment has everything you need and the host was so nice and friendly.

The Apartment is located right at the beach, you have to walk literally 30m from the elevator until you feel the sand under your feet. There’s also a restaurant/beach bar right next to the building and a supermarket which is open until the late hours. Our car and bike could also be parked safely and without trouble. Arti is very helpful and always available via WhatsApp, thanks to him ! The apartment itself is pretty modern and has very big rooms with nice furniture.

Not sufficient equipment for declared 4 people, not working kitchenette, broken table glass, room cleaned 1.5hrs after check-in

Good view and overall good quality in the flat. The host was friendly and gave us some tips for restaurants in the city. In summer the situation with the beach in front of the building would be really nice. Now, most of the things look like they were still in construction.
It's located outwards the city, roughly 1km from the center of Vlore. The house is basically empty, maybe because of the time of travel.
Some things were missing in the flat, like toilet paper, knives and some other small things
