Location and condition of the room.

Everything good.

Hotel was well located, staff were super friendly and helpful, and checkin was easy. It was quiet and relatively comfotable. There is a restaurant downstairs.

I asked for breakfast to be included and to be included on the invoice for my company, and I received a reply that my request would be accomodated at no extra cost, but when I arrived I was told there is no breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean but not as clean as one would like. Hair in the bed for example. There were a few things in the room that were broken: The light in the bathroom didn't work, the sink was blocked and took forever to drain, the shower doors didn't close completely and left a gap, which let water through. The fan in the ceiling in the bathroom is reallly noisy. The bedroom lights are on a motion sensor, so whenever you are sitting still or in the shower the lights kept going off and you'd have to move again. Bed sheet is SUPER thin. Parking costs 10 euros in a privat parking lot, or you have to find a street parking that isn't reserved for residents.

No one was there, when we arrived with the children, rang 2 numbers,no reply. Had to chose another hotel at the end at 11.30pm, wasn't pleased...

Friendly staff, very helpful, excellent center location. Very welcoming, we arrived very late and they waited for us and even prepared some food although restaurant was officially closed.

It’s well situated. Enjoyable restaurant on the ground floor.

The room was not well maintained. Dodgy electrical socket . The whole hotel area seemed under capitalised. Investment needed.

Refrigerator didn't work.

We booked single deluxe room. It was good and comfortable.

One of the staffs at the reception is too smart. He did not even finish our talk and kept saying I got it what you want! But then he made mistake giving us the key of wrong room. Also, there was a misunderstanding regarding the payment of rooms because he did not want to listen to us properly. Wifi connection was very poor. It was only working at the reception. After coming to the room connection was gone completely.

The hotel is located inside the Old town, just around the corner from the main square and right in front of the Gäubodenmuseum. The hotel manager was super nice and upgraded our room. The rooms are a bit old, but everything is very clean and comfortable. I also recommend to try the Greek restaurant downstairs.
