Some restrictions were not appointed by booking.com upon reservation: city view-there is no city view since we stayed at basement; hot water - there is no hot water availability during early morning time (3 AM); dishwaher- there is no dishwasher available. Would suggest also to inform that room cleaning and towel exchange is only avaliable if paid. Would also suggest to increase towel dimensions. Too short for me.

The apt is great. Photos are real. Convinient to move either to Boston or Cambridge.

Good location and finishes

We experienced discomfort because of two primary reasons: 1) The unit we rented was in the basement and near laundry units which resulted in a perpetual dank smell we could not get rid of. Opening the windows or running the AC unit did nothing to dissipate the omnipresent smell. 2) Our upstairs neighbors were incredibly loud every single night between 11pm and 4am. Obviously the hosts could not do much about this but it goes to show how old the building is and how little noise insulation there was in the floor/ceiling.

No internet. It took us 10 minutes to find "studio 01"

The accommodations were lovely. The decorative style was modern and sleek yet very comfortable with lots of amenities and space to move around. The kitchenette in the room met our basic needs regarding food. It was very nice to also have a full kitchen on the third floor so that we could stay in one night to enjoy dinner together. There were lots of little unexpected extras provided in the common areas if desired including games, umbrellas, sunscreen, and slippers. Communication was excellent prior to our arrival and during our stay. The accommodations were in very close proximity to the T stop which allowed for easy movement around the city.
