Esta unidad duerme cómodamente hasta 8 personas con su cama king en la suite principal, cama king en una habitación de invitados y una doble en el segundo espacio para invitados. This is a wonderful condo! Furniture is the most comfortable we’ve had yet in 9 years coming to Gulf Shores! The appliances are top notch! Especially the washer and dryer! I’m usually concerned with washing my new clothes in the usual washers, but this was a much better experience! Thank you Bender for helping us to get this unit. We are very disappointed we can’t rent next year! Please let us know if the owners change their mind about renting for the winter.

I can't say enough about the staff at Bender and the property itself. I loved how well the staff at Bender communicated with us throughout the process and their professionalism. The property itself was incredible and superbly maintained. We drove from Indiana, so we were ready to be on the beach. The check-in process was quick and easy. I was very pleased with our vacation rental experience. Our condo was ready early and we were notified on our drive. We were sent text after we checked in to see if we everything was good. I replied that we had several light bulbs out in one bathroom and they responded quickly.

Once Bender made our stay right we were satisfied. Not their fault, but house cleaning lady did not get to our Condo till 5! Our ck in was 5. The place was rushed through and not really cleaned! We were there and was tired from our drive & sat on the balcony while she cleaned & 2 others came to help her. It was a lick n a promise to say the least! We went to Walmart & bought cleansers and cleaned & disinfected ourselves. Their cleaners were not even disinfecting cleansers. You could tell the dust on baseboards with hair was definitely a long time buildup. We were returned the cleaning fee. We probably will not rent from that Condo again, only one elevator worked and the corner we were in was very dark and stinky. For the price we paid for 7 nights..... most definitely I will in the future, stay in a cleaner place. Bender realty tried to make it right though. Oh also no blankets or comforters are washed or cleaned per stay! We bought our own blankets at Walmart & we stripped the sheets & rewashed them ourselves! Not really what you call a true Vacation if you have to clean on arrival! Not one mirror in the Condo in the bathrooms had been cleaned & was full of toothpaste n gunk!

My only complaint is related to check-in. We called at 3:00pm for the door access code and we were told the condo wasn't clean - at 4:00 we call back to discover it had been clean all along and we were waiting in the heat. We would not have gotten access then if we didn't insist on them contacting housekeeping to confirm. The location and the property were GREAT! We would definitely recommend.

This was our first stay at the Island Royale. We loved the building and condo. The room was clean and well cared for with good amenities. We especially liked the on site security watching over the building. The location is great. Bender is always good to work with and the only agency we have used in GS.

This property was one of the best condos I've ever stayed at. It was 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The view of the beach was beautiful and Ms Julie from Bender was a sweetheart. I will most definitely be renting this property again.

Our stay here was amazing. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. There was plenty of space for lounging, playing games, enjoying the balcony, and making meals. It was very family friendly, no loud or rowdy guests, even with the music festival going on during the end of our stay. Even the beach out front was less congested than others along the stretch. May is my favorite time to visit the Gulf. Perfect balance of water quality and temps.

Excellent location and beautiful place. Wish the pool would’ve been heated. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towel as you get one roll of each. Bring your own condiments for the kitchen including basics like salt and pepper. Overall, loved it and would definitely come back.

The unit was very clean, nice appliances, very comfortable beds and had a great view! I’ve stayed at island royale a couple of years ago and they have really updated the building since then. New paint, added a kiddie pool, updated the elevators! Highly recommend this condominium and this unit!

We enjoyed our time at Island Royale. Being right on the beach was super!! We were afraid this would be a noisy place, but we never knew there was even more condos above us, beside us and under us. Having 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms was awesome.

We enjoyed the condo except for, there was mildew in the shower and tubs. I don't know how someone could not see this. Very bad. My wife bought some cleaner and cleaned it the best she could. The floors were very dirty, she cleaned them also. Bender offered to send someone to clean, but we checked in late afternoon and didn't want to have to leave the room for them to clean.when you pay over a hundred dollars for cleaning, the condo should be cleaned. We should have been offered something for our troubles.

The room was nice but alot of the stuff was not working tge bath tub did work for a bath so it was hard to bathe my children. Toaster and pots and pans were very old and horrible to use. The fridge did not get cold until 4 days into are trip! I was told the room was getting was bigger then it was when we got there. It was very small then i was expecting. The elevators never worked they always had maintence there to fix them so we were always concerned taking the elevator going up 9 floors if we were going to get stcuk or not. For the price i paid i was expecting more. I would not stay at the island royale again.

Overall it was a good stay. The 3 bedroom 3 bath condo was great for 6 adults and one 10 month old. It was in a good location and it was easy to get to the beach.The only issue was cleanliness. The floors were very dirty. When you raised the recliners you good see dirt that looked as if it had been there for months. Walking on the floor caused your feet to turn black. And when the 10 month old crawled, his hands and knees were black with dirt. So, other than that, it was a good stay.Thanks,

The only thing that I would suggest is to buy some memory foam toppers for all of the beds. They were all too hard and uncomfortable. That made it very difficult to get a good night of sleep.

Heavy glass plate had fallen from the wall onto bed in guest bedroom and bedside lamp was broken. Floors were so sandy, we had to sweep them. Master bath shower curtain grossly moldy and mildewy. Coffeemaker growing mold in the water tank. Furnishing/decor, very dusty. Food crumbs under chairs in living room. Room code accidentally cleared Thursday before Saturday check-out, although Bender called immediately with new code and sent someone to check it. The staff were exceptional as always at the office. Have never had this experience with Bender properties before.

Great location right on the beach. We had a problem getting in our room, but also they let us in early! Which was a perk. We got in there was dust everywhere. A spilled drink on the couch and behind iit. I feel like the $155 is a little expensive, considering it looked awful when we came into it. Overall i gave it 3/5. Great office staff and Lovely location. Housekeeping staff fell short.

As the patriarch of my family, I decided if my wife and granddaughter could cruise the Caribbean the week of 6/20, then my two sons, my brother and my grandson could do the beach thing in beautiful Gulf Shores. Let me say upfront that I did extensive research to locate the right place, Island Royale and the right management, Bender Realty. Having reserved this corner condo since last July we were not disappointed. Just as the photos showed, this was a first class condo right on the beach and well appointed with nice features. The check-in at Bender Realty could not have been smoother. The staff were super friendly and helpful and showed their desire for our vacation to be great.I can heartily recommend the good folks at Bender Realty to find just the right place for an enjoyable stay in Gulf Shores and should you decide on Island Royale you will not be disappointed.

We highly enjoyed our stay and will be returning next year for sure.One critic is there should be a bathroom at the pool area in the building. Going all the way back to room was not ideal especially when you have 6 kids.
