This unit has a fantastic location and the view is gorgeous. We saw dolphins daily. It is a very short walk to the beach from the condo. We also really enjoy takeout from S&S Seafood. This made for a very comfortable vacation since everything was right there. The only real issue we had was cleanliness. There was food on the plates in the cabinet, crumbs in the silverware drawer organizer, and crumbs in the microwave when we got there. The kitchen was most definitely not cleaned with any sort of precision. The unit is older and needs updating and a good cleaning. There were cobwebs in the corner of one of the twin bedrooms. Overall we had a great stay, but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit.

Overall we had an absolutely amazing time and it was beautiful. The beach, the pool and the sleeping arrangements were as described. Our biggest disappointment was in the lack of cleanliness of the condominium. From the moment we arrive, we noted in multiple areas there was a lack of cleanliness with respect to the floors and despite the fact that there are no pets allowed, the rugs and carpets smell this though animals have been sleeping there. The washer and dryer struggled to meet our needs. Multiple pots and pans were either broken or cracked, but there were still plenty of them for us to make do. This is our sixth time staying in the specific unit, and we are probably not going to return unless assured these issues are addressed.

The property is not fancy and could use some TLC, but the location is amazing and the property management company is easy to work with and very responsive. Pricing reflects condition. This is a low floor condo so you will hear sounds from the beach or pool and occasional road noise- it did not bother us.

Overall it was good. Was not happy that there was not much beach that caused over crowding and not so good fishing. Not a fan of not being able to see the whole beach for sunrises and sunsets. Condo was not in the best shape and cleanliness could have been better in the bathroom. I had to fix the shower door because it was missing a fastener and could have fallen off the track.

Weather was great condo could use some updates we were very disappointed that there was no light on the balcony for us to play games at night light and bedroom was out and the TV in the master didn’t work all week there were constant gnats in the kitchen and living room

We had our 3 daughters (+1 boyfriend) and the condo couldn’t hardly have worked out any better. Plenty of room & the arrangements were great with each kid having their own bed. Getting down to the beach is nice & easy. The pool area was terrific, as well. If I really wanted to nit pick my only complaint would be that the deck furniture would be better if it were bar height so the railing wouldn’t block the fabulous view at all… if I wanted to nit pick.

The layout is very good. There are electrical issues with sockets in the kitchen and bedroom. We were not told of construction or that the property is for sale, We were not asked if people could come in and we were expected to drop everything and wait for realtors who did not show up....we finally had enough and exercised our right to say enough. It not only interfered with our experience but is the reason we are working with another firm for next year

Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The reason we did not continue our reservation had to do with communication. We were not informed about the renovation work that was ongoing. The condo apparently is being sold and we were not informed. Rather we were told that realtors would be showing the condo--our privacy was not considered. On both occasions no one arrived. The wait for individuals that did not come took place after we gave a less than A rating for the condo in February

The unit wasn't very clean (baseboards, walls, outside table) and needs to be renovated. The stove took about 25 minutes to preheat to 400 degrees. I expected a little more for the money.

Our vacation was great this year. The weather was perfect and our condo was very nice. It is very roomy and perfect for a large family. The only complaints i heard from my family was about the mattress's. They said every room had very uncomfortable beds.

We enjoyed a full week in June 2016 at Tropical Winds 104. The view from the patio was outstanding, and the accessibility to the beach was terrific. Linens, washer & dryer, kitchen cooking utensils, and pots-and-pans were all included. Late hour and early hour noise from the pool and patio was minimal. The local grocery store, liquor store, and pizza restaurant is just down the street. Most importantly, my family felt secure. We will stay here again, and recommend this location.

We had a good stay. The condo was clean and roomy. Everything was in good condition and close to all areas.Really thought it might be nice to update the decorations and such. everything is a bit dated but this did not affect the use or enjoyment of our stay.One suggestion would be to provide a few basic cleaning supplies, something to clean the counter tops and glass surfaces and stove top. We actually cooked most of our meals and dishwater works OK but a better spay cleaner would be nice.Thank you for a great time.

The condo was in a great spot for the beach. The pool was enjoined by all adults and kids. The bedrooms were all good except the back bedroom, there was a hot water heater in the closet which made the room very HOT. I would recommend the condo and Bender to a friend.

The unit was great and spacious, furniture was nice and well looked after and overall was ideal for our family of 7. Minor housekeeping issues such as cobwebs in corners of Bathrooms and dirt on the fold out sleeper sofa. The interior of the Unit is very nice the balcony does feel a little older and the door frames are starting to wear away/ rusted.The Bender office staff are amazing and all wonderful!!!!The pool is a little small when there are more than 10 people in there and lounge chairs are limited.Thanks You

The staff were very nice and professional. The air conditioning wasn't working and they sent someone over right away. Was even fixed on a Sunday. We had a great time. Only thing I would recommend is the condo have chairs on the beach. That was the only thing we missed having. Will definitely be back and stay at this condo!!

We stayed at Tropical Winds, #104. The unit was tidy but not clean. The floor looked like it had never been mopped. Our grandson's hands and knees were almost black from dirt from crawling on the floor within an hour of getting into our condo. The A/C did not work properly. The 3rd bedroom never really cooled off and the master bedroom was so cold we had 3 blankets on the bed to stay warm. The complimentary toilet paper consisted of three squares of tissue. My son found a spit cup under the couch and popcorn kernels left from previous tenants. Would be very hesitant to recommend this condo.
