The stairs...

The hotel was perfectly situated, for access to the old town as well as the sea. We had a very nice and good-sized room which seemed to have been recently refurbished - everything seemed very new. Bed was comfortable, and air conditioning was effective. Breakfast was very substantial and would have been enough even without the unexpected omelets. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking was very difficult around the hotel (which doesn't have any parking places of its own), but we solved it by paying a parking attendant in the street to find a parking space for us and keep it during our stay. The hotel has no lift, and our room was on the top floor. The air conditioner controls were so complicated that the hotel staff had to call for technical support in order to set the temperature for us. We couldn't use the huge smart TV in the room because the internet connection to the room wasn't strong enough. The hotel staff did their best to connect it but without success.

Clean and close to the beach, and very central. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is cool and calm and helpful.

Pillows choice is limited and I had a very hard time sleeping with them as they were too thick.

Hotel had very good location in the centre of Batumi, the stuff was very polite. Typical European breakfast: not a big choice, but you can always find what you need and the quality of it will be good. Wanna notice design of our room was liked by us.

But.. our room was really dirty. I won’t attach photos, cause I have already found goods things in this hotel and city. But cigarettes butt under the bed was found. When I moved a table I also found a garbage. One day we didn’t get a water and toilet paper but it wasn’t a problem, near hotel was a grocery. But it’s so strange from hotel who positions like a 4stars and for this price for this region

Cozy and clean room. Great location. The staff were friendly. I was provided by a bed with no extra money.

The location is perfect, very close to the beach and Europe Square. We took a room with balcony, you can enjoy the scenery at any time. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel in Batumi.

The breakfast is underground with no sunlight, so you kinda lose the beach and vacation vibes . They allow you though to sit outside for a change, but you will be directly under the sun with no umbrella. As for the food, it was ok but limited and not diverse.

Very awesome location. If you don’t know the area, this is a perfect location, close to everything, walking distance to the beach and corniche. Love the area. It’s not a big hotel but it is very clean, the rooms are very comfortable actually very big. They are very friendly and courteous.

We are all happy actually we wanted to stay an extra night.

Excellent location. Very clean and beautiful hotel with all facilities you need. Bathroom and shower was especially nice. High quality bed and linen, working wi-fi. No issues at all. I was truly impressed!
