Mi lugar está a pocos pasos de la estación de tren ligero de Bergenline y de los autobuses NJ que lo llevarán a Nueva York en 20 a 25 minutos. El apartamento es completamente nuevo, cama queen muy cómoda, sofá cama en la sala de estar, cocina completa y comedor. Es ideal para parejas o familias de 3 personas.
Damos la bienvenida a su hogar. Tenga en cuenta las Reglas de la casa, que están establecidas para todos nuestros huéspedes con el fin de mantener este lugar con la mejor capacidad y hacer que su estancia sea cómoda.
• La hora de registro es a las 15:00 p.m.
• La hora de salida es a las 11:00 a.m.
• No Fumar
• No se permiten mascotas
• El uso de drogas ilegales está prohibido.
• No hay platos sucios al momento del check out.
• No coma ni beba en los sofás y camas.
• Se incluye una limpieza de reinicio en su alquiler para el próximo huésped que venga. La limpieza incluye: barrer, trapear, quitar el polvo y lavar la ropa. Usted es responsable de mantener la cocina limpia al momento de la salida.
• Sea respetuoso con los vecinos, no haga ruidos fuertes.
• Tire la basura con la mayor frecuencia posible (proporcionamos bolsas de basura); estos se encuentran en la parte inferior del compartimiento del fregadero.

Enjoyed my stay. Recently moved to the city for work and chose this apartment to stay while searching for a permanent residence. Good location, being a block away from Bergenline Ave at the West New York/Union City border. Everything you would probably need for a short stay is a short walk away. My commute into lower Manhattan only took 20-30 minutes due to proximity of the apartment to the 154, 156 and 159 bus lines and the nearby Lincoln Tunnel. Great communication with host. Would stay again.

Across the street they are building a high rise. That was never divulged but on the nightstand there were ear plugs. The apartment had a strong smell of gas. Before we made a decision to leave we went to go get something to eat came back in the foyer of the apartment had a real strong smell of gas as well and the back door had been left open because of that smell. The host denied any problems because the tenants had not complained of that but it definitely was a problem. Although the host was very responsive and responded by a full refund they need to take this property off the market until they get the whole building in good condition and the construction has been finalized where The noise will not be as big of an issue. It is a Greystone building and has trash and other contents around the building. VRBO you need to go and audit this building and other buildings at this owner house. They’re not being transparent on what they’re providing VRBO clients.

Very depressed neighborhood. Walked into the room and was greeted by a cockroach on the top of the range. This is an apartment that is in serious need of a refresh. Across the street they are building a high rise. That was never divulged but on the nightstand there were ear plugs. The apartment had a strong smell of gas. Before we made a decision to leave we went to go get something to eat came back in the foyer of the apartment had a real strong smell of gas as well and the back door had been left open because of that smell. 1st Time in NY
Thank you for such a great place to stay. It was just enough for the family (2 Adults and 2 children). All the directions received were exactly right which made everything easy to find.
It was a short time but we truly enjoyed our time.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is near transportation making it easy to find your way. The accommodations were nice and clean. The owner was ready to get in touch with. No complaints here.

Great place to stay for NJ or NYC
We stayed here for 6 days. Great location across from NYC, traveling to NYC was super easy since the light train in about 500 ft away from the place. Took us about 20 mins to get to NYC from the apartment. We actually prefer to stay here and have a short travel to NYC instead of staying in the city. Prices are better and less noise. The local area is nice and has some great food. Hoboken is also about 10 mins away which has a ton of bars, restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

NYC easy access
We stayed here and had a NYC Vacation. This property is close to the bus station which would take you to NYC in about 30 minutes for $3.50. It was clean except for the stain on the couch, and the bed was very comfortable. We did have to wait a little while before the place was ready when we arrived, even though we were later than the check-in time. It would be helpful to have some instructions for taking the bus or subway. Overall a really good place to stay. Thanks.
