Our family enjoyed this wonderful gem in Indian Rocks Beach during the first week of October. Gaarie communicated very well throughout the entire process, from booking to arrival and answering questions during our stay. We have been longtime vacationers in the Florida panhandle (specifically Destin and 30A) and wanted to try something different. When we arrived, everything was very clean and the house is very nicely decorated. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. My wife and I enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean right out the living room windows and doors. We enjoyed daily coffee on the deck while soaking in the scenery. The beach is just steps away, and Gaarie has a closet with a beach wagon, chairs, toys, and umbrellas that made our stay so much more enjoyable. There were lots of shells on the beach and the kids loved finding new ones. The pool was great as well. The public beach access right next to the building was closed due to beach erosion from the recent tropical storm, so that probably helped in keeping the crowd low. Indian Rocks Beach is truly a sleepy little beach town, and we loved it. Plenty of good restaurants in IRB and other close towns. We never ventured to Clearwater, but we did head to Orlando to hit the parks (which was just a 90 minute drive). I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach vacation.

We had a wonderful vacation. The Apartment is georgous, the view is spectacular, the area is perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation. The communication with the owner waa great and fast. We loved everything about the place!! We will come back as soon as possible! We can highly recommend this Apartment!!

Our condo was amazing! The view of the Gulf, the sunsets and the beach were all fantastic! When we weren't in the ocean or playing on the beach, we were at the pool. It was clean and well maintained. We used the grill one evening, which worked great for chicken, seafood, and burgers. The fact that we didn't see any rain the entire week was an unexpected plus. Our host, Gaarie, was equally amazing! I've had the opportunity to stay in quite a few condos over the years, and I can truly say I've never been in one quite like this one. Gaarie promised the condo would be "fully stocked" and was true to his word! There were beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, games, spices, paper products, fresh fruit, and even a beautiful bouquet of flowers. At one point, we had a minor problem with the kitchen faucet. Gary quickly responded and immediately fixed the problem. Our experience was truly wonderful! We will come again!

The property was even better than the listing. It was walking distance to many restaurants. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded. There is a public beach access right next to the condo, but didn’t bother us with crowds or anything. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and every day needs. Loved the fact that the master bedroom was separated from the other rooms. Overall a great place to stay and great vacation!

Our first trip to a Florida beach as a family, and it simply couldn't have been more perfect. The condo was equiped with everything we needed for grandparents, parents and the 4 kids. We loved how the beach was so close, and the sunsets were stunning. Definitely a home away from home. We hope to come back.

This property was a dream to stay at! Amazing location, so easy to go in and out with my small children (1 and 3yrs old). The view was incredible. My kids loved the pool (which is shaded in the morning and great for keeping our littles entertained but out of the direct sun for part of the day)! The unit was so well stocked and had so many toys, book, and beach/pool toys for the kids. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be coming back again!

This is our second time staying in this building and already have our 3rd trip booked! We love the location to the beach and my kids love the pool! The bunk bed room has so many books and toys! Lots of family games in the unit! The beach closet has so many toys, chairs, and anything and everything you would need for the beach!

Third time staying here and look forward to coming back again next year! This place has everything one needs for a most enjoyable and relaxing escape including the beach, beautiful sunset views, and within walking distance to good restaurants.

We stayed at the Iron Horse last year for 4 weeks and back this year for the last 2 weeks of March. We would have stayed longer had the property been available. Needless to say this us a wonderful condo, very spacious and well appointed in layout and tastefully decorated. The 3rd bedroom is a bonus especially if you are hosting grand kids as we did for a week. The kitchen is also fairly well equipped for preparing meals which we mostly do instead of takeout especially since we stay for longer stays more than a week. I also managed to bake while I was there including a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday during the last week which we all enjoyed. Should mention as well that the buildings/condos on either side of the Iron horse are private so it makes for a more quiet atmosphere. Finally ,last but not least, the owners are hands on and very prompt to respond to any issues, The Iron Horse is probably one of the best on the strip and all 5 star ratings are definitely warranted.

Talked to the owners a couple times, very quick to respond as we were having flight issues. Great people with a great clean place right on the beach. Have a closet full of everything you need for the beach so you don't have to carry up and down the stairs!!

High praise for this condo and its owners! It is beautifully furnished, clean, well-situated in a 4-unit building overlooking the Gulf, and thoughtfully stocked with everything one might need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. As we stayed during the weeks leading up to Christmas, there was even a Christmas tree and decorations throughout the unit, along with fresh flowers greeting us upon arrival. All of this contributed to a sense of home and being able to just relax and enjoy oneself. The owners are very attentive and responsive, clearly taking their role as proprietors seriously. This is the NICEST VRBO property at which we have stayed and we hope that we’ll have the good fortune of returning. Many thanks and kudos to Gaarie and Elaine!

We can't say enough about how amazing this place was! We were fortunate enough to meet the owners in person and they are both wonderful people. They really did an excellent job with this condo with every detail really thought out, especially the fresh flowers and personalized welcome note. The place was very clean and organized. We loved how quaint the complex was with only 4 condos total. You really are ON the beach when you stay here. Cannot recommend this place enough and cannot wait to return. What can I say! Beautiful condo, beautiful view, lovely hosts, even hurricane Ian couldn’t spoil it for us. Everything you need is provided comfortable beds, extremely clean and Gaarie & Elaine couldn’t have gone out of their way more than they did, sorting out cribs, sheets and the toys and books for my granddaughter to use were a cherry on the cake. If you’re coming from overseas like us it’s the most easiest booking I’ve ever done you won’t be disappointed. We will be back thank you both

It is an excellent facility, but I was particularly impressed with the many little touches that were evident throughout. Also, we had contact with by Gaarie and Elaine and they could not have been more helpful or friendly. The five of us were agreed that we simply have no negative comment to make with regard to this rental experience.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The owners have provided everything needed for a relaxing, stress free week at the beach.

Wonderful beachfront property. Some of the specific things we loved included: fabulous balcony for sunset viewing, convenient location to the beach, small property (which means less crowded beach), and the ground level storage unit for beach chairs and such was an absolute GAME CHANGER. Well stocked kitchen for those who like to cook, but property was close to lots of local restaurants if that's more your style. (I also appreciated that the owner sent us a list of restaurant recommendations prior to our trip as well.) Owner was super easy to work with and very accommodating. Would 100% stay at this property again.

From booking to communications in between to arrival and during our stay, Elaine and Gaarie were fabulous. I would give 1000 stars if available. Perfection: the condo is beautiful and absolutely everything you need as far as essentials. The pool is definitely a plus. The gulf and the view is spectacular! We can’t thank them enough for the wonderful time. We hope to be back sooner than later. If you are hesitant about booking this property don’t be.
