We loved the location with it being on Lori beach and away from the centre (just a 12 min walk to the centre). The breakfast was delightful! Good selection, fresh and enough choice. The aubergine was to die for :) Friendly staff, Lena went out of her way several times to assist with our queries. Organised a fantastic taxi and driver to take us back to airport via Llogora pass. New hotel so good facilities, powerful shower and great beds.

Shower did make a loud noise when in use. Sofa bed in our deluxe suite was uncomfortable and squeaky.

The room had an amazing view to the bay, big and confortable bed and close to the beach restaurants and activities.

delicious breakfast, really good location. Gorgeous beach. we were out off season time, so it was pease and quiet.

it would be great to have an iron and teaspoons in the room.

New hotel with pool, very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel has nice private sandy beach. As it was late September it was not crowdy and we have enjoyed it. During summer peak, it might be a different picture.

The property looked new and recently built with good facilities, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great with good options to choose from, and the patullas were the best we’d had during our entire trip in Tirana.

The location is a bit distant from the centre of town with no path through the beaches to get to other areas, it was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants especially in October as it’s not tourist season, and most places don’t operate at all despite their google listings showing them as open. There was no front staff when we got there to check in and had to wait for someone to arrive and check us in, similarly for check out we had to go and find the staff for the same. The room we were initially given had no towels or bed sheets and was clearly not ready for guests so they had to change it to another one, and it wasn’t until we got back late from dinner that we realised the duvet didn’t have a cover on it. The room also was listed as having a mini bar but the fridge was in fact unplugged and empty.

Amazing room, awesome view and a minute away from the beach. Free breakfast and staff were very friendly.

The pool is in the shade and the water is colder than in the fall sea. The rooms are not perfectly renovated. Only shampoo and hard soap are given in the shower.

Great breakfast, friendly and helpfull staff, hotel beach with free sunbeds for hotel guests. Clean rooms.

i miss shower in beach

This is a difficult review to write. You can see that I think this is a great hotel to stay at. And it is. BUT, this is what I wrote about it even before we left today, because I knew I would be asked to review it… I really, really, really want to give this hotel the highest possible rating. But unfortunately, I just can’t. First, the good news. It is a beautifully designed hotel, very nicely furnished, with great views of the beach and the mountains, very friendly and concerned staff, very well laid out. The bed is very comfortable, the verandah of our room was spacious, the internet pretty good, the swimming pool beautiful. It certainly deserves a five star rating, but…

There are no towel racks in the beautiful bathroom. Very minor, but still a problem. For breakfast, There are plenty of selections, but most were not very good. The omelette and olives were so salty they were inedible, as were many other things. The sausage? basically low-quality hotdogs. Here is a problem I have experienced as I have traveled in the Balkans. It is not simply the problem of this hotel. They play crappy popular music in this hotel very loudly first thing in the morning, and everywhere else at all times. They did turn it down upon request, but I should not have had to ask. You cannot escape this loud music wherever you go. We have avoided a number of restaurants for dinner for exactly the same reason. Loud, crappy music. I would make the same objection even if I liked the music. The exterior light for the verandah cannot be turned off from the room. They eventually turned it off, sometime after midnight. Which means that in order to have the room dark, you have to close the curtains of the room. So no fresh air at night. You only get one key for the room. That’s it. Since we’re not joined at the hip, one of us wanted to stay in the room for a while, and the electricity will not work without the key, the other left without a key. We hit upon the solution of leaving the key at the front desk so that the other could access the room. But there is NO reason why two keys cannot be available. It is inconvenient at the very least NOT to have two keys. The worst Problem we encountered was not exactly the fault of the hotel. A bar near the hotel plays incredibly loud, crappy music, from about 8 on. It made sitting on our veranda unpleasant. They turned it down a bit after 10 o’clock, but it was still way too loud to sleep. So we had to close the door of our veranda in order to get some sleep. ALL THREE NIGHTS. The hotel said there was nothing they could do. If it were my hotel, I would be talking to other hotels in the area.

The hotel, the room, are really clean. The staff is really nice. Beach just in front of the hotel with umbrella and beds included in the price of the room.They have good food with a lot of selection for breakfast. Restaurant on the beach with good food. They have parking included. Balconies where we had our dinner in relax with room service (free of charge). We really recommend this hotel, we are really really satisfied.

They was clining rooms everyday, without request. Bads are really comfortable.

Hotel have their own umbrella and sunchair but the guy from beach ask from us 500 leke more every time for first and second row on the beach. Then how I heard, he was kicked out from job last day of our stay.

First of all ,manager( or owner) was very unpleasant... He always looked at us like we are criminals and not of guests of hotel and when you are with family maku your vocation uncomfortable. . VERY UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL.... Breakfast is pretty good but always same thing... only problem im room what we have is A/C, we couldn't move air directions, and when you are in bed that directions going directly to your head

The hotel services don't fulfill my expectation, given the price.

exceptional expierance, priced more than others in the area, but when you take into consideration, the breakfast buffet, the pool and free passes to lori beach, the price is in line with the area.
