The house was beautiful and worked well for a place to stay as a family for an out of town wedding week-end. We do have a couple of items that the owner might want to consider unless he is going to make it his permanent home. The reason we picked this house was because it was the only one we found with a bedroom/bath on the main floor. My husband is 80 years old and has health issues one of which is a balance problem. He is weak and with the balance issue cannot climb stairs. Much to our dismay the main floor bath had a tub/shower with no hand rails. Due to a stroke and his weakness, he could not lift his leg high enough to get in the tub so that was a problem. With two big grown men we managed to get him upstairs to the walk in shower but again no hand rails to hold on to. I went in with him to assist so he would not fall. We only did this twice and he really needed to shower daily but that's life. We realize someone old and with severe health problems will most likely not stay there again if ever but it could possibly cause a problem if someone fell and hurt them self. If there was a printout somewhere of "what" we were to do when leaving I did not see it. I did empty trash downstairs but I also cannot climb stairs so did not check the upstairs and left that to the ones who were sleeping up there. Again the place was wonderful and worked well. We had family from Nebraska and friends from Hawaii come by for pizza and had plenty of room. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The owner might want to check on his cleaning crew as the freezer and oven were both quite dirty.

The location was great, easy access to all the places we were going. The house was beautiful, would love to stay there again. Only issue is that I am someone that likes to plan so having some information at last minute from owner made me nervous.

Property and landlord are definitely 5 star all the way. Property was perfect and in excellent shape and with more supplies than I have ever seen in an rental. Definitely would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay here again.

We had a group 8 stay at the house! It was very comfortable and accommodated everyone perfectly as there are plenty of beds! The construction in the neighborhood was a little noisy and distracting but overall it didn’t bother us too much!! Owner is very great and quick with responding if you have questions. We’d definitely stay here again!

This home is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is as good a family neighborhood as I have ever been in. Traffic was perfect. Plenty of things within 20 min drive to do for the family. Denver was 30 mins away. Estes park was 1 hour away, but for my family an absolute must. Everything was beautiful inside. Very clean. The only thing.... staying here for 5 nights really made me evaluate my life choices. My home in Ohio is nice, but this master bedroom made me feel like I am a peasant at home. I've must have done something wrong my whole life. There's is a lot of building going on around that area. None of seemed to be disturbed from sleeping though. We barely even noticed them at all through out the day. This is very high up on my list of homes I have ever stayed in via Homeaway.

The house was gorgeous and roomy with plenty of room for our immediate family and parents (10 people). The huge kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes, flatware, and drinkware, and the host even provided k-cups for the coffee maker. We had plenty of towels and extra bedding, just in case. There are plenty of smart TVs with access to popular streaming apps. Walk out the back door and you see a beautiful view of the Flatirons. The neighborhood is still under construction so that would be the only possible "negative" but it wasn't a problem for our stay. We loved the location - only 30 minutes from Denver and 20 from Boulder - which was ideal for our son's destination wedding in Boulder. The host was very communicative and made the check-in and check-out process very easy. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to come back!

Very large house in a great neighborhood

Loved the location. We were weary about the construction in the area but we never had an issue with noises and never had difficulty leaving or entering. Quick and clear communication with the owner of the home. This house is beautiful. We'll be back. Thank you!

Easy access to the owner. He’s very responsive. Good size for groups and location is good.

The house is huge, which providing everyone with enough room during our stay. The neighborhood is under construction, so it gets a bit noisy in the AM. Super accessible via vehicle to great local restaurants and shopping for anything you could need.

Great house, very comfortable, great location to where we wanted to be, I highly recommend it.
