Andreea was very accessible and friendly. The property was in a great central London location and yet on a quiet street to the point where you almost forgot you were in a city. There was plenty of space within the unit to stretch out and relax. Not many places in London welcome 3 kids like we have, but this place made no issue of it and everyone really enjoyed our stay.

The unit has visible water damage in a number of locations and there were a lot of dings and dents in the walls - it just didn't look great. Also, the general cleaning could be better. I dropped something under the couch one night and when I went down to get it there was a solid layer of dirt and dust indicating that area hadn't been cleaned in a long time. In the end, we are low-frills people so none of these issues ruined the experience for us

Great help from Andrea, she was really so helpful. The location is excellent and close to almost everything. The apartment is is in very quiet neighborhood. But with in 5 to 10 minutes walk you will be in desired areas.

The location is the best part of staying here, but the host was also lovely and the house is very nice. The milk and oj in the fridge and the croissants were welcoming and thoughtful.

One of the beds was broken, but the host offered an inflatable bed right away. It was very hot upstairs, but I'm not sure what could have been done about that.

there was nothing I didn’t like, but two single beds in one of the rooms would have worked better for us as my two grown up sons had to sleep in together.

The only problem that we had was building work going on outside the property which we were not informed about, but to be fair, the owner hadn't been told about it either. It made our time spent at the appartment a bit noisy. The appartment was lovely, the only downside was that it doesn't have a dining table. The location was perfect - 5 minute walk to Oxford Street!

The apartment was perfect for our family stay. Very nicely furnished. Very clean. The location was perfect to visit London (between Oxford Circus and Bond Street). The house has 3 nice bedrooms and a big living room/dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped to prepare meals. The owner was very nice: she provided some juices and croissants when we arrived. Good communication. I recommend this place.

Need to fix a little bit the bath in the main bathroom (but it wasn't an issue)
