The only negative I have is that the floors were extremely dirty and we had requested that they come by and re-mop since our feet were getting all black from the dirt and they never did even after asking them twice. The other thing I didn't like was I found 2 push pins on the floor which could have been very bad scneario with our 19 month old. It seems that they don't clean or look under furniture and the housekeeping to me is in a hurry.

The pool is also nice. Never crowded. Unfortunate we couldn't swim past sunset. Someone told us its a new city ordinance or something. There was an area rug in the LR that was horrible. The maids had laid it down upside down and it was awful. We rolled it up and put it in closet for duration of our stay. Other than that. The place was very nice. The beach was disappointing though no fault of property. There were hordes of jelly fish. People were getting attacked and paramedics even were called one day. We also saw an alligator in water there one day. Were told it was rare but still; for "land locked" folks like us it was kind of unsettling so we never went in the water. But there are many things to do in the area. Overall a pleasant stay in a nice convenient place with helpful office staff.

Beds were comfortable; kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/tools/dishes. Nice pool and stream in back of apartments. Very short walk to the beach, which had great tidal pools and lots of sand for families to hang out.

The second bedroom did't have a TV and the third bedroom had a TV but no remote to work it. Overall the unit was nice with these exceptions. It was nice that the kids could go walking and I didn't have to worry about them. But we will not return because when I take a beach vacation I like to be on the beach and this is not the place to do that. Also the elevator kept breaking down and had to use the stairs. Great Condo and Location if you don't want to drink your coffee every morning and look at the ocean.

Owner Mark was very quick to respond to our last min plans.We love to cook (even on vacation) so it was nice to have a beautiful kitchen and kids love the breakfast bar too. Location was awesome. Great, quiet and low key area for families. One of the best beaches we've visited. Neighborhood resident only beach access was literally across the street to Coligny Beach. The air conditioner closet was full of lent and the filters were way past due needing replaced. The tolet seat in one bathroom was broken and the handle to the balcony. Litghts were out above the dinning room table. The stairway lights were out. All these problems were taken care of, but should have been done before we arrived.

There are W/D available on each floor for extra $$. Not happy about that fact. Also, the units have a garbage shute on each floor and by Weds/Thurs it stunk up the building. Bedrooms were small but unit was in good condition with all kitchen necessities included.

The furniture in the living area needs cleaned or replaced. The entry door also needs replaced. As for cleaning prior to our arrival....the dining room table was sticky and not wiped off and the bathroom tub surrounds need a good scrubbing down. A few electrical switches did not work and/or were missing light bulbs. Interesting that 2 light blue tuxes where left in the front closet from someone ?!

While researching and booking, the owner answered my questions and Vacation Time staff was very helpful and friendly. Several of the restaurants and areas we liked were the beach, Coligny Plaza, Hinchey's, Southern Coney, Sea Shack, Frosty Frog, Harbortown, South Beach and the bike trails.

The place was clean and bright and exactly as described. 2 things to take note of however: the washing machine and dryer are located in the hall and are used by other tenants and the bike rack is far from the main door. We did not use the washer and dryer, but it would have been nice to know that it is not in the condo. We had bikes delivered to the Xanadu and used them multiple times a day. It would be great if there was a bike rack located closer to the main door for the quick pit stops during the day. It was inconvenient to lock them up around the corner just to run in to grab sunscreen or a bottled water from the condo. Overall, the place was perfect! The location was great and the property was quiet and clean. The property management company was professional and helpful. The price was perfect! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this unit to friends. Thank you for a great long weekend!

We had the best time. As for our condo: Very clean and in great condition. The one thing that we didn't realize was that the laundry was not directly in our personal condo but out in the main hallway area (public) and required the use of quarters to operate. Easily solved with a trip to the bank for a roll.

The condo was very clean and we had plenty of towels and wash cloths. The beds were all comfortable and there are televisions in 2 of the bedrooms. We walked to the beach and to Coligny daily. We rented bikes from Forest Beach Surf and Cycle. They drop them off and pick them up for you and the bikes are in good condition. Be sure to eat a cupcake or 2 at Sweet Carolina Cupcakes! Delicious! We enjoyed our stay in this condo and look forward to staying there again in the future.

It was great having 2 1/2 baths with everyone trying to get ready at the same time. The kitchen is a small galley kitchen but had ample utensils for what we needed. We had a leaking toilet in the powder room but maintenance came quickly and fixed it in no time. When we arrived the carpets in the bedroom were still damp so we know they had been cleaned (maybe allow a little more time for cleaning/drying for the next guests). I would suggest a shower for washing feet off near the gate so guests don't have to track it in the bldg. Although the units are old ours was nicely decorated and comfortable. Warning...The walls are very thin. We could hear people talking in their units when we were in the halls or by the elevator. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The management office employees couldn't have been nicer nor more accommodating.
